Donald Trump Disinvited From Conservative Conference Over Megyn Kelly Remarks

Trump: Debate Moderator Had ‘Blood Coming Out of Her Wherever’

"What is it with you and Megyn Kelly?” Lemon asked Trump, who had spent most of the past 24 hours slamming Fox News and Kelly on social media and in TV interviews.
"She gets out and starts asking me all sorts of ridiculous questions,” Trump told Lemon. "You could see there was blood coming out of her eyes. Blood coming out of her — wherever.”

Trump is incredibly thin-skinned and hot headed. I don't see this ending well for him. I don't know exactly what his policies and ideas are, but it would deeply concern me having someone so overly sensitive and petulant being the most powerful man in the world.

I'll admit it. McCain was awful. Almost as weak as Bob Dole was. His pick of Palin hurt him.

McCain's poll numbers went UP after he named Palin as his running mate. So he had Conservatives like me voting for him specifically because he was old and might die in office and we'd have a real Conservative for President.

I always get a kick out of the social issues thing. We conservatives have to stay away from it. We haven't been bringing it up, dammit.

Here I was, minding my own business, knowing that marriage is between a man and a woman. I wasn't bothering anybody. A very small segment of the population makes and issue out of the fact hat we should redefine it, makes such an issue out of it that it goes to the Supreme Court, and it's people like me harping on social issues?

Anyone with a brain knows abortion isn't about choice. Choice occurs in overwhelmingly most instances when it is decided upon to have sex. We aren't animals, here. We have free will. Abortion shouldn't be called freedom of choice, it should be called freedom of refusal to accept responsibility. Now, it has gone to a whole other level with the Planned Parenthood stuff. Again, though, I am the one with social issues problems.

Libs have been pushing the social issues for years and have been getting away with labeling us the crazies. It's bullshit.

Abortion shouldn't be called freedom of choice, it should be called freedom of refusal to accept responsibility.

There's plenty of refusal to accept responsibility from people who didn't decide to have an abortion as well. That's a bigger problem, IMO.

Cruz Praises Megyn Kelly, Does Not Condemn Trump

Atlanta — Ted Cruz praised Megyn Kelly in a gaggle with reporters Satuday, but declined to say anything negative about Donald Trump or address the comments Trump made about Kelly.

“That was a decision for RedState to make,” Cruz said of RedState Gathering host Erick Erickson disinviting Trump from the event.

“I think every candidate should treat everyone else with civility and respect. That’s the standard I try to follow, it’s a standard I hope all of us aspire to. I also think that we’re not gonna solve the problems in this country, we’re not gonna defeat the Washington cartel by obsessing over the politics of personalities. This is about real challenges facing the American people. This is about bankrupting our kids and grandkids, defending the bill of rights, and restoring America’s leadership in the world. That’s where my focus has been and it’s where I intend to keep it.”

here we go

Jeb Bush demands apology from Donald Trump for Megyn Kelly comments; 'What Donald Trump said is wrong'

Donald Trump's misogynistic rant against Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly led to his Republican primary rivals demanding he apologize for the disgusting remarks.

The conference's organizer, Erick Erickson, cut Trump from the roster after the billionaire buffoon lashed out at Kelly, who challenged him on his past misogynistic comments during the first big TV debate of the cycle.

Trump said Friday that during the Cleveland showdown, "You could see there was blood coming out of (Kelly’s) eyes. Blood coming out of her — wherever."

Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush on Saturday hit the motormouthed mogul for insulting Kelly — and women — at a conservative activists' conference and demanded an apology.

"Come on — give me a break. I mean, do we want to win? Do we want to insult 53% of all voters? What Donald Trump said is wrong," Bush said to cheers at the RedState Gathering.

Not very classy — or helpful, Bush said.

"That is not how we win elections — and worse yet, that is not how you bring people together to solve problems. That is not the way to do it," said the ex-governor, who saw himself bumped to second place by Trump's June leap into the packed GOP field.

"Your decision, I think, was the right one," Bush told Erickson, who pulled Trump's invite to RedState on Friday. "Mr. Trump ought to apologize."

I didn't think it was offensive. But I guess enough people did to warrant him being disinvited.

He called her a bimbo too

What pisses me off about Megan Kelly and her questions on Thursday is that I read an article in the last few months about her. I wish I would have kept it or bookmarked it or something now in light of Thursday. She stated something to the effect of how smart Hillary Clinton is and how respectful she would be if she ever questioned her.

That is the **** that is aggravating. I am fine with tough questions, but they all should get tough questions. Hillary will get asked what her favorite ice cream is or something.

"You’ve called women you don’t like fat pigs, dogs, slobs and disgusting animals.”

“Only Rosie O’Donnell,” Retorted Trump.

Megyn “Does that sound like the temperament of a man we should elect as president?”

Does that sound like a question any Dem would get asked on a debate?

Right. As per that article, it was in the Politico from June 22, 2015.

Sen. Ted Cruz brings Red State Gathering to its feet repeatedly with a message of strong conservative policies.

Cruz, speaking from in front of the podium without notes, said he welcomes the large field of GOP competitors, and joked that it’s different on the other side.

“The Democrat debate consists of Hillary and the Chipotle clerk. [LAUGHTER] That’s not fair…Bernie Sanders has entered the race. [LAUGHTER]

So, they have a wild-eyed socialist with ideas that are endangering American’s place in the world…and Bernie Sanders.

[WILD LAUGHTER AND APPLAUSE] They’re not even having a debate. They did plan to have a debate earlier, the problem was the invitation was emailed to Hillary.”

“There is a reason that the life, vibrancy, energy and excitement is with conservatives this year. Our country is in crisis,” he said, effortlessly shifting the mood in the room. He knows the Red State audience better than most, having spoken here in each of the event’s seven years.

“I want to talk to you as leaders of the conservative movement,” he said. “You’re informed thought leaders. Every person sitting here touches hundreds, touches thousands, touches tens of thousands. I wouldn’t be in the U.S. Senate if it were not for the leaders at Red State.”

The Cruzian defense of conservatism includes plenty of criticism of Republicans who either shrink from it when it matters most, or actively work against it in the halls of Congress.

“We’ve got to distinguish between campaign conservatives” and those who truly fight for our values, he said.

Republicans “keep winning and then we lose,” Cruz said. “We win elections and then the people we elect don’t do what they say. We won the House and virtually nothing changed…We won the Senate, we retired Harry Reid as majority leader. And what exactly has this new Republican majority accomplished?”

[Audience shouts: "Nothing!"]

“It’s actually even worse than that,” Cruz said. “In this case, our team’s playing for the other side.”

You're complaining about a democrat not being asked a question that was asked of a republican, in republican only debate, on Fox News of all networks!

Obsess much?

Fox News is up to it's hip pockets invested in Jeb

I can't wait till the Dems ask Hillary if she's still ******* Huma

Clinton campaign Abedin's history at State Department poses liability for Clinton White House bid

Huma Abedin -- a close aide to Hillary Clinton at the State Department and now a top campaign official -- is facing more questions about her activities at the agency, causing potential problems for Clinton’s presidential bid.

A federal judge ordered the State Department to have Clinton, Abedin and Cheryl Mills, another Clinton aide when she was secretary of state, confirm they have turned over all government records and describe how they used Clinton’s private server to conduct official business.

I lived in Northern Virginia in the late 90s and knew some people who worked for the DNC and they told me then Hillary was a dyke.

Protesters shut down Bernie Sanders rally

Protesters who claimed affiliation with the Black Lives Matter movement stormed the stage during a rally for Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) in Seattle on Saturday, taking over the microphone and forcing Sanders to leave without ever speaking.

Moments after Sanders took the stage at Westlake Park, two women and one man climbed the stage and confronted the Democratic presidential candidate, demanding a chance to speak.

Because its Trump everyone implied he must have meant vagina. When someone says "whatever" it means "it doesn't matter" or "who cares"...when Trump said "wherever" I thought it to be eyes, ears, nose, mouth, skin pores...whatever.

And now everyone wants an apology from Trump...whatever.

So many of my teacher friends love him and are upset about this.

Stating God favors one country over another is like the crazy athlete saying god blessed his team to victory because he prayed more than the other guy.

What a bunch of malarkey.

God shouldn't care where lines are drawn on a map.

But He does care about right /wrong, His believers, and the largest collection of good and decent people on the planet. Or do you feel we are not?

LMAO! You just described the current occupant of the WH to a T. Petulant, narcissistic, sensitive and very hot headed....he just hides his anger very well behind his arrogance and the protective wall that the msn has built around him releasing it through executive orders.

There's plenty of refusal to accept responsibility from people who didn't decide to have an abortion as well. That's a bigger problem, IMO.

Chicken / egg.
