I think coaching is important, but to always call them out for losses or credit them completely for wins is silly. The players we count on to be our best **** the bed for the most part today. Brown had fumblitis, we can't make a chip shot FG, Ben was below the line, and the coaches didn't adjust to what the awesome Jests did to us. It was group suck. I'm all for change at this point, a five hundred record for a team with the offensive weapons we have is unacceptable. If they fire him, which I don't believe they are even considering, I hope whoever they get can bring EVERY assistant with him. Clean out all the stench, not just Tomlin and his famous quotes.

One or two losses against vastly inferior teams happens. When it happens year in and year out - time after time - that is clearly on the HC. Todays loss may not be on Tomlin. But the record against subpar teams over the years is his to own (as coach dumbass coolshades would put it).

Tomlin is the head coach, he made decisions when needing TD's to kick field goals, I still believe he loses site of what is going on out on the field. He is suppose to be a big motivator , he does not show this when we play teams we should beat. the Tomlinism's are getting old when he continues to not have his teams ready to play.

Even in the coach x vs coach y arguments one has nothing to do with the other. It's all just **** to argue about, so I agree with you. When they look as bad as they did today it's tough to find anyone or anything to not place blame on. It was pathetic.

Yeah its never Tomlins fault when we perennially lose to the Raiders, Bucs , Jets, etc. The Steelers are never prepared and play sloppy, undisciplined, unfocused ball and reflect their poor coach way too much of the time.
