Whoever ever did it should be in a juvenile detention center for a long time and have mandatory therapy because they are sick. Whoever is defending their actions should be fired on the spot. Not knowing what the particulars are, weather or not they have previous criminal records, and the statutes of the state I can't say for sure. If the perpetrators meet the criterion of course they should be charged and tried as adults for this. What you fail to recognize is that with the "12 year old black kids" that are charged as adults is that most already have been through the system multiple times for juvenile felonies. That's a consequence of you Neo-Socialists on the left destroying the black family with welfare in order to create a dependent voting block.
