So when you state that voter fraud is a myth and not real, I disagree - and my position finds support with the Washington Post.

OMG are you that dense? No dead people and prisoners don't vote. But people who want to vote fraudulently can obtain their registrations and vote using their names. Something a simple ID check would prevent. Ludicrous to say that poor people can't get ID...they need it for Medicaid, welfare and food stamps in most cases. There is no valid reason on earth not to prevent something so easily preventable...except Dems know it's going to cost them the votes of illegal immigrants and fraudulent voters.That's the only reason they oppose it.

The political parties have voter registration rolls for their parties. That's how they know whom to call, offer rides to the polls, etc.

The parties can also easily access public records and find out who among the registered is deceased. It would take a couple of days to find hundreds, or more likely thousands, of deceased who are still on the voter roll and allowed to vote.

Most states require zero proof of identity to vote. All you do is have somebody walk up to the registrar, state his or her phony name (the deceased), sign the paper, and go vote. It really is that easy.

It is absolutely fathomable with the # of illegal aliens that were permitted to vote (remember, Bammy encouraged them to come out and vote), with the lack of ID requirements that were present in this election more so than ever, with 4 million dead people on registrations around the country, with the never ending list of known and exposed voter fraud (dead voting, double and triple ballots cast). Is it possible? Yep. Is he right? I don't know. Nor do you.

If you want voter ID, make it automatic. When each US citizen reaches 18 automatically issue them a voter ID smart card.
Then develop universal voting machines used by every state to read the smart card. If you change states, you need to
apply for a reissued ID smart card.

Congressional Republicans are set to overturn a slew of Obama-era regulations next week

Republicans to kill US rules on corruption, environment, labor and guns next week

Under the Congressional Review Act, Congress can use simple majority votes to stop recent regulations in their tracks. The timing in the law means that any rules that became final after May 31 could go on the chopping block.

The Republican-dominated House will bypass the committee process and go directly to a vote by the entire chamber on a half-dozen resolutions

Given the resolutions only require simple majorities to pass, they will probably sail through the House and then pass the Senate, where Democrats, the minority party, cannot mount a filibuster against them.

They could then zoom to the White House for President Trump to sign.

What the Dems refuse to acknowledge is that it matters WHERE you vote and that the President isn't the only office we vote on. Things like your city council, state and U.S. representatives, state senators, sometimes school board, all get voted on by precinct. You can't just roll up to any poll on election day and vote. You have to vote in the precinct where you live. Therefore proof of ID matters.
