If this is all about the same "Russians mobsters frequented his casinos" or "Russian mobsters rented his condos" that we've heard before, I'll say again, so what? Guess what, Tibs. If you want to get anything built in NY or NJ or Philadelphia, you are greasing the palms of some of the most despicable characters. btw - David Bogatin, the Russian mobster with ties to Putin, the kremlin, kgb, etc, etc was in our grasp a few years ago. If he had done anything illegal as far as purchasing real estate, associating with the mob, etc, don't you believe the same criminal justice system you uphold to a high regard would have done everything in its power to jail him then? the guy may be sleazy, but if I'm selling property and running a business with stakeholders and investors to answer to - and pay - i'm just selling the property and not conducting a morals and ethics litmus test before papers are signed.
