Yeah I'm sure Mueller reccomended no sentencing for Flynn cause he handed over thousands of innocuous, random files on his computer.

In it, they recommended that Flynn get little to no jail time, citing the "substantial assistance" he provided to the special counsel's investigation into Russia's interference in the 2016 election, as well as other, separate ongoing investigations.

Several federal agents didn't even believe Flynn was lying. Maybe he recommended no jail because he knew he took a good person down for virtually nothing.

It is very similar to the .308 round. I don't have a Mosin Nagant but I do own several .30 caliber rifles.

You do know that the way this law is written, Trump would have had to knowingly commit the violation, right? And this was all handled by his lawyer who presumably was responsible for advising him on the legality of this, right?

Meanwhile Bill Clinton, a lawyer, committed blatant perjury about his mistresses but according to every Democrat on the planet that was no big deal and not nearly enough to remove him from office..
