I was exaggerating of course but your opening line was to gloat that this was some breaking news that connects things to Trump. No one is surprised that Jared Kushner is being interviewed or asked to produce documents. Everybody knows and he admits that he met with a Russian lawyer. It's indicative of nothing really, but to you EVERYTHING is indicative of Trump's imminent collapse. As others have pointed out you're not doing a great job of hiding your glee, (and Elfie's doing a far worse one). Attorney General Jeff Sessions told a small group of lawmakers in late September he was recused from appointing a special counsel to look into potential corruption surrounding the Uranium One deal and Fusion GPS’s work on the Trump dossier, according to one of the lawmakers present.

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) - he and other House Judiciary Committee Republicans had met with Sessions at the Justice Department on September 28 in advance of an upcoming committee hearing with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein later this month.

Gaetz said that when he asked Sessions to appoint a special counsel to investigate the 2010 Uranium One deal and Fusion GPS, the attorney general stood up, said he could not discuss the matter because he had recused himself, and walked out of the room, leaving them with a group of Rosenstein staffers “who showed no interest.”

The worst part about that, and no one has mentioned it, it took the power from the people. Those votes in the primaries didn't mean ****. On "Special Report" tonight, Charles Hurt reacted to former Democratic National Committee chairwoman Donna Brazile's bombshell claim that the DNC rigged the Democratic presidential primary to ensure that Hillary Clinton won the nomination over Bernie Sanders.

Brazile alleged that the DNC was in debt and signed an agreement with the Clinton campaign to keep the party financially afloat. She said that effectively turned the party’s financial, strategy and staffing decisions over to the Clinton team.

During an average work week, I issue 5 subpoenas and serve 10 requests for production of documents (the manner of compelling production by an opposing party).

Me? I am required to state a claim, in specific, concise terms, and conduct investigation on those facts and witnesses.

In other words, I have to know I have a case before I start.

Call the DA's office at 5:01 p.m. Know what you'll get? An answering machine. Call my office at 6:45 p.m. pretty much any night, and you'll get me.

A ******* subpoena. **** like that is so mundane that if I am out of the office, I will have my paralegal draft the subpoena, send it to me electronically for review and signature, and send it back.
