He's supposedly healthy so I would think he plays better than 2023. He needs to focus on football instead of trying to get clickbait headlines from his comments on Mahommes being overhyped. Mahommes has won multiple superbowls and Cam has won nothing. Seems like a cry for attention to his podcast. Focus on football.

1. He gets his money, which he was going to get anyway, and it lowers his cap hit for this year.
2. If he plays well this year, they can again restructure next year and reduce his cap hit once again.

Not really a fan of kicking the can down the road type of deals, but it is the way it is done now
