Thats just one of many. There is different rules for different QBs. Cam is in the same group as Ben. I'll bet 5 on it that Osweiler ends up in the Manning/Brady camp.

Ben and Cam are big guys who are very strong. Ben while not as fast as Cam can keep plays alive with elusiveness and strength. So whether it's Ben moving around or Cam running they don't tend to get the calls that the others do. So refs tend to give them more leeway with calling plays dead they also don't get calls when in the pocket
Defenders like to hit Cam and put a hurting on him because he gives up. You saw his face in the super bowl. He was getting hit by denver a lot and his facial expression said "I want to go home". Hit him and he folds. Thats why they go agter him big time.
