You are so overstating the CDC report, Supe. The CDC did not say that the vax/shotz has differing effectiveness and incidence of adverse effects depending on the population and a variety of potential other factors, including other medications and pre-existing conditions. Instead, the CDC actually said that the vax/shotz has differing effectiveness and incidence of adverse effects depending on the population and a variety of potential other factors, including other medications and pre-existing conditions.

Dr. Flogstain's learned medical observation that "by and large it has positive effects" thereby explains why he was pushing for healthy 30-year olds and 5-year olds and grade school students to get the vax/shotz. It makes perfect sense now.
