Trump administration plan would bar people who enter illegally from getting asylum
The Department of Justice, under Attorney General Jeff Sessions, is drafting a plan that would totally overhaul asylum policy in the United States.
Under the plan, people would be barred from getting asylum if they came into the US between ports of entry and were prosecuted for illegal entry. It would also add presumptions that would make it extremely difficult for Central Americans to qualify for asylum, and codify — in an even more restrictive form — an opinion written by Sessions in June that attempted to restrict asylum for victims of domestic and gang violence.
When the regulation is ready, it will be published in the Federal Register as a notice of proposed rulemaking, with 90 days for the public to comment before it’s enacted as a final regulation.

France is a large country and its ability to temporarily house migrants shouldn’t be a big problem, in theory. That story is so goddamn disturbing. "Sanctuary laws." Just ignore Federal law.
Okay, how about George Wallace ignore Federal law and keep schools segregated? Leftists must back that up since states can ignore Federal laws, despite the Supremacy Clause. Right?? Amirite?!?
Or how about this ... No ******* state can ******* repudiate or ignore Federal ******* law because the United ******* States constitution ******* mandates, "This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding." (Article VI, Section 2.)
Obeying the Constitution is racist.
It was written by white European slave owners therefore people of color are exempt from its laws to atone for centuries of oppression.
This sad thing is, is a good % of people in this country would read that and actually nod their heads in agreement. The Electoral College, the Constitution, the actual Immigration Laws on the books (not anything Trump implemented) should be subject to tinkering, ignoring or just flat-out doing away with if it hurts feelings.

The rules were different then because Donald Trump wasn't President, Tibs and all other Libs know that the Obama administration could have had those foil wrapped, caged children flogged with whips and chains on national TV and the media and Liberals everywhere wouldn't have given a tin ****. Originally the country was a country of settlers not immigrants. Since 1965 the country has been over taken by 3rd world peoples that don't even like the county and care nothing about culture they found. Islamic barbarians want to out breed everyone so Sharia law can dominant, Mexicans (NOT ALL) want to turn the U.S. into Mexico North, and everyone wonders why we are having rallies for ILLEGAL ALIEN RIGHTS. Western countries are ignorant for letting none westerners come in and radically changes their countries. It's suicide.
We are a nation of LEGAL immigrants and better for it.....

LEGAL immigrants who love America and embrace the values of a free country no less. It doesn't matter what race, color or creed you are. If you don't love American ideals and want to integrate yourself into them, you shouldn't be here. I don't even understand why you would want to be here if you don't love America.....you could simply just stay where you are or go somewhere else. A free ride is not a valid reason to come here, most especially if you shun what the country historically stands for.
But that is exactly what is going on Supersteeler. Who we are is rejected. Our welfare system and food stamps are to jump a fence for. Or hide when your visa runs out.
