I'm no draft guru or pro talent evaluator but I just don't see / hear any of these QBs being worthy of a top 10 pick. My biggest concern is if they spend draft capital to move up. Kenny Pickett isn't going to add 5 additional wins over either Mitch or Rudolf, that's crazy OP crap.

That hope should suffice in a division where we play Burrows, Watson and Lamar, for a combined total of 6 games per year. So I have this straight, what you're saying is that our coaching staff is so bad that there is no way Trubisky can succeed, but if we just draft a rookie who is certainly no sure thing, then we no longer have to hope for anything, the Steelers offense will magically be awesome and our coaches no longer need a lobotomy? Is that right?

I'd say your logic is flawed, but it's obvious you aren't using any.

You're right .. Deebo isn't technically a free agent, but he's up for grabs. And yes, I'd take AB even if it means him potentially walking off the field on or before Week 10. Who gives a ****. He's better than any WR that we currently have on the roster. I watch football because I want to see my team win, not because I care about their left political agendas or their "consistency". For the sake of argument, let's say we pick up a WR or safety in the draft. Anyone else still see anything wrong with this picture:

Still waiting on how the sheep analogy plays here. I mean if we were blinding following something that can really impact our livelihoods or we had any control over I could see it. But none of those things apply here.

I take it you don't like Mason as QB.fine, not many do. Your theory that Trubisky will stink just because he's from Da Bears makes no sense. I think Tomzack(spelling?) was pretty good...and pretty good as in Mitch T can get you pretty far with Najee in the backfield. Don't be surprised if this team is in the playoffs next year. Pickett is fools gold.

Say Sarge, could you provide a citation showing where I stated that “Steelers offense will be awesome”? Not where I stated that they will have a better record with KP, but where I stated that their offense “will be awesome”. I’ll standby. Thanks.

Btw, has anyone seen Sarge or Gil's Sack? It seems that a simple request for a citation to corroborate their claims resulted in them both running to the hills. Go figure. *shrugs*

Anyway, please don't let me stop you from returning to the alternate reality where it's not possible that a rookie QB could perform better than an unproven "veteran". Given that logic, I bet Belichick is still kicking himself for staying with Brady back in 2001 when he had the chance to let Bledsoe resume his role? And I can only imagine that Cowher must be losing sleep knowing that he stuck with Ben when he could have put Maddox back at the helm.

Knock against trubisky was he didn’t have the playing time in… it was a fair knock… but bears gave him the proverbial baptism under fire… with solid defense and running game they were 12-4… and then he had that all taken away… he is soooooo ready for a comeback now it’s crazy! This draft in the first we need a pass rusher, stud DT, hamilton if he drops, a wr. But lower down rb James Cook out of Geogia would be worth a serous look. Cook really is intriguing, not only as a backup up to Harris but as a serous option. you could put him in backfield with Harris audible him up into the slot or visa versa, jet sweeps, bubble screens, he‘d be a game changer. you could play him just as a slot and he’d huge upgrade over last season but in our “new” offense, he could be a serous problem for defenses to stop. GoSteelers!

Cookie - just curious, why do you feel like asking for citations are unnecessary even when certain members arbitrarily decide to make up lies and ask other members to refute those same lies? Is it because you just love lies? Please advise.

i have disputed you idiotic posts throughout this thread. I have also explained to you a logical reason those comments were made toward you and why asking for citations is just a **** move.

typing with caps on a message board doesn't add any validity to your posts. you can not counter my posts so you resort to what twats do and try to belittle them for having grammar errors I post grammatically correct all damn day for work and don't feel the need to worry about it here.

and to recap, tommy boy was not just "technically" not a rookie, he was literally not a rookie.
