Dershowitz Says Special Counsel Will Help Trump: 'He's Going to Find No Crime'
"Nobody can point me to a statute that would be violated. And a prosecutor is only allowed to look for evidence of a federal crime."

Is that picture the Democrats for the last 8 years?
The Trump administration is exploring whether it can use an obscure ethics rule to undermine the special counsel investigation into ties between President Donald Trump's campaign team and Russia, two people familiar with White House thinking said on Friday.
But the administration is now mainly focused on placing a cloud over his reputation for independence, according to the sources, who spoke on the condition of anonymity.
Following the Fox News narrative huh?
" Look over here! Look over here! What about Obama?"
Bwahahahahahahahahah! Like a burning ship full of rats going down!
Meanwhile their dictator in chief flees the country for more 100+ days of epic failing as the flames slowly start to lap his ***.
Speaking of Saudi No ******* headscarves! hell ya!
You two goofballs just stop already.
Every fukin word of jibberish, and small talk to come out of a Republican is taken as hard core evidence from you two monkeys.
Here is the transcript of everyone in the room and the laughter that took place after MCCarthys remark...
The lie:
leaders obtained by The Post The conversation provides a glimpse at the internal views of GOP leaders who now find themselves under mounting pressure over the conduct of President Trump. The exchange, which was obtained by The Washington Post, shows that the Republican leadership in the House privately discussed Russia's involvement in the 2016 election and Trump's relationship to Putin, but wanted to keep their concerns secret.

and this thread is just more trash. What do you call something when is no evidence to support it? When there is only allegations and speculation? A conspiracy theory. The Trump/Russia conspiracy theory is prime tinfoil hat territory, and you guppies have swallowed it hook line and sinker
Since Trump and his brilliant team are clearly innocent of any wrongdoing, this witchhunt is nothing more than a liberal scam to discredit the president.
So to finally clear his name once and for all, Trump will obviously fully cooperate with Special Prosecutor Mueller to ensure this investigation proceeds in earnest.
Drumroll please....
White House looking at ethics rule to weaken special investigation -sources

Lawyers representing the Trump White House are starting to fret about the impeachment process, according to a CNN reporter.
Shimon Prokupecz, who covers law enforcement for CNN, tweeted on Friday that while no articles of impeachment have yet been filed against President Trump as of this writing, the White House Counsel’s office has nonetheless begun consulting legal experts to prepare for potential impeachment hearings. Prokupecz also mentioned CNN justice correspondent Evan Perez in his tweet.
Talks of impeachment initially surfaced earlier this week, when Rep. Al Green (D-Texas) called for Trump’s impeachment on the floor of the House of Representatives, arguing that his sudden firing of former FBI Director James Comey was obstruction of justice. The impeachment talks grew louder when Rep. Justin Amash (R-Michigan) said that if a memo purportedly from Comey describing Trump’s attempts to interfere in the FBI’s investigation of the Trump campaign and Russia was true, then it would be “grounds for impeachment.”
The calls for impeachment may not subside despite Trump embarking Friday for a nine-day international trip — the first of his administration. A new report from the New York Times alleges Trump told visiting Russian diplomats that the “great pressure” of the FBI’s Russia investigation had been lifted after firing Comey, calling the former FBI chief a “nut job” during the meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Russian Ambassador to the U.S. Sergei Kislyak.
Despite earlier reports of the FBI investigation primarily focusing on ex-associates of Trump — like former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn and former campaign chairman Paul Manafort — Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner, who is also one of his most senior White House advisors, was recently named as a “person of interest” in the investigation, though no formal subpoenas have been issued for Kushner as of Friday evening.
If Prokupecz’s tweet is true, impeachment proceedings may start before former FBI Director Robert Mueller — who was recently tapped as special counsel to oversee the Trump-Russia probe — finishes his own investigation.
Why There Won’t Be Any Evidence Of Russian ‘Collusion,’ Explained In Just Two Paragraphs
Are any Democratic lawmakers starting to fear that they’re not going to find that evidence? The intelligence community is presumably always watching the Russian government as closely as they can. The FBI counterintelligence guys presumably track Russian agents on our soil as much as possible. You figure the NSA can track just about any electronic communication between Russians and figures in the Trump campaign. If there was something sinister and illegal going on between the Trump campaign and the Russian government, the U.S. government as a whole had every incentive in the world to expose that as quickly as possible.
They didn’t expose it before Election Day, they didn’t expose it before the Electoral College voted, they didn’t expose it before Inauguration Day … How many months have the best investigators in the United States been digging into this?
