More white supremacist police...

Five officers fired in Nichols' investigation:

Enough of this crap already...

Several points the article conveniently ignores and that are quite important:
  • The entire "white man keeping the black man down" argument regarding policing is shown to be a lie.
  • Atlanta has a huge black population and has had majority black elected officials for decades.
  • The past four mayors have been black.
  • The protest targets a large police training facility for a police force that has a huge percentage of black officers and is looking to hire more, though the department admits it is having a tough time finding quality candidates of every race and will take just about anybody at this point.
  • The officers will work in predominantly black neighborhoods. In fact, the lack of officers in non-black neighborhoods has become so bad that Buckhead County, a wealthy community just north of Atlanta and home to Emory University, is trying to leave the city's governance and establish its own city and police force.
  • The large majority of protesters have no connection to Atlanta. None. They have never lived or worked here, and certainly don't pay taxes here.
  • So protesters from outside Atlanta are trying to stop construction of a police training facility in a city run by minorities and stop the hiring of minority police officers to work in minority neighborhoods to keep minorities safer.
And some idiots think the protesters are opposing "white supremacist" policing. Yeah, sure.

3 of the protesters were misguided "yinzers" and told to go back to Pittsburgh and dont come back to Atlanta until their trial date..

They din do nuthin

This trickled nationwide. Well according to national news
