Manziel Thinks Games Will Be Easier Than Practice

The comments were interesting as well. I copied one jem to share:

mark the date,

2 years in Cleveland, 1 year in some other factory of sadness (Dallas or Oakland) and then out of the league.

Don’t blow your signing bonus in all one place Johnny

Hey. He sold a lot of jerseys. Job well done.

He was a brilliant draft pick even if he does wash out in a few years. The Browns will never have as much merchandise sales, ticket sales and media coverage as they have right night and will continue to have for awhile. Mission accomplished already.

At Texas A&M, Manziel was often at his best improvising when plays broke down and using his feet to avoid the pass rush. But in practices, a quarterback doesn’t get that opportunity: Coaches want to see the play run in practice exactly the way it’s drawn up, and when the pass rush gets near the quarterback, the play is blown dead. Manziel thinks that makes him a better game-day player than practice player.
So does Ben but he's about twice Manziel's size. When Johnny Football meets Mr. Timmons up close and personal he might not get back up.

In a real game situation you won't be wearing that stupid red jersey.

I for one can not wait to watch the train wreck occur. Hope Cleve has a good concussion specialist on staff.

What's the over/under number of games before some veteran defensive player "welcomes" him to the NFL?

I'd like to have Deebo back for a few plays against Ginny Foosball.

Please, let him start game one at Heinz Field! PLEASE! I really doubt though, their staff will feed him to the lion's den on his first game out.

We will find out a lot about the HC of Cleveland soon. He's out of his mind if he starts Manziel in Pittsburgh.
