The innocent have nothing to hide. They are clearly guilty of election fraud. Everyone with a functioning brain knows that Xiden was not legitimately elected. The fraud was rampant.

I would guess they are not legally obligated to respond Assuming a formal lawsuit would force them to make those records available.

that’s not how subpoenas work. The Arizona state Senate has legal subpoena power and it cannot be ignored legally. To do so is criminal contempt. I wish are good for nothing ambulance chasing lawyer was here to explain that to you.

He will no longer be handling such epic and high profile cases in AZ. Rumor is he developed a bit of a fetish for Stacey Abrams.

Shiiitttttt, who are we kidding, he's head over heels in love with the woman!! So, after moving to AZ and turning it blue, he's rumored to be headed to Jawja to track down his one, true, life-long love in Stacey.

While there, he will feed his family as he always has, defending the innocent in their jaywalking and speeding ticket cases.

Since the subpoenas were issued by the Arizona Senate under their investigative powers and are legitimate, and have already been ruled legitimate and enforceable by an Arizona judge, violating the subpoena does indeed constitute contempt.

Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 45: "(f) Contempt. The issuing court may hold in contempt a person who, having been served, fails without adequate excuse to obey the subpoena or an order related to it." Since the voting machine company already objected to the subpoena and lost that argument, it failed to obey the subpoena and the court order related to it.

I think the issue is who exactly is in contempt? The subpoena was directed to a corporation. Cannot jail a corporation. Usually, courts will go after the highest officer of the company to get their attention, such as the CEO.
