Mueller just dumped on Trump , clear as mud

*HOUSE JUDICIARY TO START HEARINGS ON MUELLER REPORT JUNE 10

Excellent news. Hope they bring Mueller in to testify.

Did you not see Mueller make his statement and then claim his move into "private life"? Did you not see how he dropped some innuendo that has no bearing on law or breaking it, tucked tail and then ran?

This guy wants nothing to do with a congressional hearing. It will mean he will have to tell the truth, and not just say that Trump potentially did some bad (but not a shred of criminal) things.

Bring it on for sure.

Wait a minute I though Trump and his base of crazies welcomed impeachment, that it would make the Dems look like fools. Based in his comments yesterday, Trump's about ready to take a dump in his briefs...that's one terrified man.

He's not scared. He's frustrated. He knows nothing will come from this. It's just designed to stall his agenda. He is actually trying to get things done.

It's about time they reign in this lawless, unconstitutional train wreck of an administration. :encouragement:

They should hold him in contempt. How dare he not break the law right? Tibs I'm curious as to how even you could spin this as a positive. They want to hold a man in contempt for literally NOT agreeing to break the law. If anything can sum up how ****** up and corrupt this swamp is in the media and on the Democratic side, that's it.

You actually think this is fair and a good idea? Or is it simply more of your mindless parroting of everything the media tells you to be outraged about? Because anyone with half a brain can see that this is utter bullshit. I didn't think any real people actually agreed with it. I thought it was just a publicity stunt by the lemmings at CNN and the other Liberal shill outlets. I underestimated your capacity for nonsense and illogical thinking I guess. They probably want to court order him to do something unethical and illegal just so they can turn round and throw him in jail for releasing illegal information.

Tibs, you do realize Eric Holder was held in contempt of Congress as well, right?

Can you please find me the post you made on SteelerNation using the same tone and contempt for Holder as you are using for Barr? Did you have a meme picture for that post as well? I'm sure you did. It would have been summer of 2012.

I'll wait until you find it.....

more effectively, you can search for this time frame, Tibsy:
June 20, 2012 - June 28, 2012

Holder and Obama could do whatever they wanted, and they did - out in the open, and they got a pass from the MSM.

What are they holding him in contempt for? For not releasing grand jury testimony that would be in violation of the law?
We have certainly gone down the rabbit hole with this bunch of loons in the house.

Defend this, I beg of you.

All of the denials, out the window. Everything his supporters have claimed in his defense is proven false. This is treason. This is an impeachable offense. He is openly welcoming foreign interference in the next election, just like he did in 2016. He is destroying the sanctity and sovereignty of the nation from the inside out, as I've argued he'd do from the beginning. This is how he was able to get in power, and this is his plan on how to stay there. Work with the Russians, the Chinese, the Saudis, work with whatever foreign intelligence services & hackers who can undermine his American political adversaries. He is sending a beacon out there, loud and clear. The US elections are open game for anyone who wants to interfere, as long as it will help Trump and hurt his political opponents. This is perfectly normal and fine with him. Hence the sharing of polling data & meetings with Russians at Trump towers, hence the nearly 300+ interactions with Russians leading up to the 2016 elections.

He is a criminal mob boss, of course this is his approach. It is the only way he knows how to operate.

Anyone who thinks Trump is keeping his oath to office and defending the Constitution is lying to themselves. He no longer needs to be impeached, he needs to be removed from office by any means necessary.

He dodged a bullet with Mueller, and a thus-far impotent Congress. How much longer will this level of criminality and treason go unchecked, from the man holding the highest office? Do Americans not want to be Americans anymore? Do we sit idly by as our democracy is corrupted, degraded and sabotaged, our elections manipulated by foreign entities?

Keep defending Trump, let's see how much you all hate this country.

Here is Trump explaining his mob tactics in broad daylight. Again attacking our law enforcement agencies, giving a green light to collusion with foreign intelligence services. How does Chris Wray not resign immediately? And remember, Trump and McConnell have gone out of their way to undermine any and all steps Congress could take to protect the upcoming 2020 elections. We are being played, and it's happening in front of our eyes.

Response from the SN Trump base:

- We love having a mob boss run the country, results are all that matter
- Yes, the US elections should be open game for foreign spy agencies to tip the scales and help the candidate of their choice by whatever means neccesary. Politics is a dirty game, why shouldn't we be using foreigners to spy, hack, corrupt and subvert the American elections, as long as it helps our man win
- Laws are only applicable for those dumb enough to adhere to them. Our criminal justice system, including the FBI, are there to be ignored and circumvented. Hey, as long as you get away with it, it's fine. Winning is everything.
- Everybody breaks the law, so it's okay.
- We hate everything about this country, it's about time someone came along to burn it all down, whistling in the wind.

Oh this is going to be an interesting day.

I am not going to quote both of your posts Tibs, but I really don't have an issue with him saying the FBI lacks the resources to investigate every claim of foreign election interference. Maybe he should have just kept quiet about it, but what he said is probably the truth. He has also said the US lacks the resources to properly seal the southern border. Is that treason too? I mean, most government entities are under-resourced. Well, except the cats that make new ID cards. Plenty of them, but you can be 2nd in line and you are still gonna wait 45 minutes.

As for the second quote, that just looks and sounds bad. I won't defend that, because in my opinion, that is just a stupid thing to say especially with everyone seeing Russian around every corner, tree and shrub these days. Certainly makes you wonder about a lot of things. That said, Trump wasn't the only person or entity that welcomed foreign interference in the 2016 election. Maybe we should investigate all of it, be outraged about all of it, instead of trying to pin everything that was found to be wrong in that election cycle on Trump like he is the only guy that did it. I know nobody is interested in that, but that would be the right thing to do.

That's exactly what the Democrats did except their information was made up.

Trump wasn't the only person or entity that welcomed foreign interference in the 2016 election.

Who else welcomed it and continues to openly pander for it? There's only one Sarge, and it's the elephant in the room as to why that is.

I don't think you know what pandering means.

And he isn't pandering for it. Pandering is when you tell two black radio hosts that the one thing you always have in your purse is hot sauce. Or doing a shot in a gay bar and then shouting, "Gay pride" when you aren't gay. Or suddenly changing your stance on the Hyde Amendment after being criticized for your previous stance. That's pandering.

No, he said he might not alert the FBI. That's not pandering. It is incredibly stupid, but it isn't pandering.

Tibs, you dumb, ignorant Chicken Little, Boy Who Cried Wolf, Hungarian *******... Here, I'll let Hannity slap you across your stupid face with a dose of reality.

Fox News' Sean Hannity supported President Trump's comments Wednesday that he would be willing to listen to a foreign government if they approached him with information on a political opponent, calling it a "genius setup" by the president.

"In many ways that was a genius setup because the media mob will fall right into his trap, breathlessly spewing fake, phony outrage over a nonstory for days," Hannity said during his monologue on "Hannity" on Wednesday night.

Trump made the comments to ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos, adding that he would not necessarily contact the FBI if such an approach was made.

"I think I'd want to hear it. ... I think you might want to listen. There isn't anything wrong with listening," Trump said in the interview.

Hannity defended the president and blasted Democrats for being critical of the president's comments but not Hillary Clinton's past actions or possible misconduct that led to the Russia investigation.

"Listening is much different than, let's see, lying, spying, and paying for Russian lies and spreading it through the media by 'deep state' operatives and then using it as a basis for a FISA warrant," Hannity said.

"Why are they not outraged about Hillary paying for Russian lies, disinformation, Comey generously using the unverifiable data from Russia to spy on the Trump campaign and get a FISA warrant?" the host continued.

Hannity also said the president's comments should force those outraged by them to address why they have not been outraged by Clinton's conduct.

"This will all get another round of fake, phony, moral selective outrage over that interview," he said, "but it's a perfect setup because if they are outraged about that and how can you not be outraged over what I just said?"

Hannity said Democrats are concerned only about Trump and not about justice.

Tibs, this is probably not the right place for this, I guess I should send you a pm. But I wanted to let you know I've got a real man crush on you. I log on here with bated breath hoping to see a post from you. I get a wierd but pleasant tingling sensation in my loins when I see your posts, or when I think of you when I'm away from the board. And I think of you often, probably more than I should admit. Anyway, not sure where I'm going with this, just thought I'd put it out there. Feel free to send me a pm if you ever want some company, or just to chat a little.

Hey Indy, not sure how to react to this. I gotta tell you I'm happily married w three kids. While I appreciate your kind words and the admiration, probably best if you look elsewhere for companionship. It pains me to say this, but I'm not sure I'm the right guy for you. That doesn't mean we can't be friends on the board. I always appreciate your deep thoughts, clarity and insight on political matters. Be best!

LOL! Turning to Sean Hannity for perspective. What, Alex Jones wasn’t available? George Will had an interesting take: Trump is worse than Nixon.

Any of our resident Libtards are welcome to respond objectively to Hannity's words. Defend the argument he's made. You may not like the man, don't care. He spoke truth, indefensible truth.

We have long said you Lemmings are full of subjective outrage. ESPECIALLY Tibs, the role model for selective outrage. The Libtards on this board quite literally do not CARE what law a Dem breaks, what rule they break, what sin they commit. They DO turn a blind eye when it happens.

When Trump or a Republican does the same exact same thing, or something similar but far less egregious in comparison, they lose their damned minds wailing like screeching harpies.

Ya'll are on the spot. Answer the question:

How is Trump saying he would "listen" worse than:
  • The prior administration orchestrating calculated, complex espionage against a political opponent, involving obtaining ill-gotten FISA warrants,
  • Clinton paying a foreign entity for dirt on Trump
  • Comey willingly using falsified information he was warned not to use
  • The Obama administration knowingly turning a blind eye to Russian interference and doing nothing about it

"But Trump said he "would listen!!!!"
"Hey Tibs, Clinton sought out and paid for made up information on a political opponent from a foreign entity."
Tibs response: "That wasn't a crime, that's made up, that pales in comparison to Trump saying "I would listen". Hillary and the Dems are innocent. Gut Trump in town square!!!!!"

Selectie outrage at its utter finest.

Hannity's argument is spot on:

You are one weird dude.

Democrats are passing legislation to kill babies on their birthday, and you are outraged about this? Give me a ******* break.

Ah, the 'ol 'insert abortion into a debate about treason and impeachment of a corrupt, criminal president' trick. We're on to you hamster, sly move...

Gotta love it. The hysteria and hypocrisy on the left is never ending.

Is it illegal to receive opposition research from a citizen of a foreign country? No, it’s not. But that fact has been lost in all the media hubbub over President Donald Trump’s answer about whether or not he’d listen to a foreigner who told his campaign they had information on a rival candidate. Lost in all the pearl clutching is how the Trump campaign got no information from a foreign agent but the Clinton campaign did. Also gone is the money the 1996 Clinton/Gore campaign received from China, and how Rep. Adam Schiff was eager to receive information from Russian pranksters who posed as a Ukrainian government official. Double standards much?
