I think that the Steelers are in the perfect position to trade back. I wouldn't have a problem taking Willis at #31 so long as we have an extra second rounder in place to get the other pieces that we need.
The value in the draft is #15-45 and I keep hearing that the way players are being graded is as much down to fit in a system as anything else. So we will see what look like surprises to a lot of folks throughout the 1st and 2nd round.
Willis has openly said that he's not ready to start and he knows it which is good to hear. Adding a smart, athletic, high character guy with a cannon can't hurt. I don't think I ever heard Dobbs or Martin described as having a cannon so I think that those comparisons are invidious. Take a look at some unbiased draft profiles:
