Odds That Rudolph Gets Traded?

Any true Steelers fan knows he hasn't started 17 games just goes to show your lack of football knowledge. But keep bashing posters who actually know the real stats and know the players and don't need to search for the basics like you.

you are correct. I do not throw myself into Mason Rudolph stats. I couldn't tell you his win loss, how many TDs vrs INTs. dont really care enough about him to do so.

it is hilarious to me the hate for a guy you have never met.

What is sad is how many people there are like him that just loathe this man for no real reason unless they believe Garrett.

I could give a **** if he gets traded. He will never start another game for the Steelers thank God. He is just a guy and if both Pickett and Mitch are injured our season is over anyway.
 
Oladokun seems like a nice guy, but that was a wasted draft pick even if it was only a seventh. I don't see much value trying to draft and develop a backup quarterback.

Nothing to do with the trade market, I wonder how they distribute snaps during the last preseason game. We all want to see more of Pickett, but if Mitch is the starter, he should get some significant time. It's not like he's been here for years and is a proven upper echelon QB. We need this offense clicking week one.

Yet you are nothing but a guy who doesn't see the truth and is too optimistic in the face of reality. Kinda like Tomlin is with the OLine after ignoring it the last 10 years and then is shocked when it again sucks.

To be wrong and the condescend hurts the posters rep not mine but you must be too dense to see the logic. I don't come here to find internet friends I come to talk football .

They should play each offensive lineman behind the line at qb for one snap so they each understand the pain they are causing 😂

Yeah I hated the Pickett pick but have come to love him and can admit I was dead wrong unlike people like you.

Tomlin is a phoney bullshitter who has hurt the Steelers for years yet he has a lifetime contract. We will never win another Super Bowl and I doubt another playoff game either, he is so far below the line. I enjoy your brand of stupidity, keep on keeping on.

Rudolph's numbers are decent for just 10 starts. And a bunch of those starts were in tough situations without JuJu or DJ. The guy was a 3rd round pick and so far he's proven to be a decent backup QB. I don't understand why that triggers such hatred that he hasn't developed into a star QB.

Joe Burrow coincidentally started 10 games as a rookie. His record was 2-7-1. 65% completions 2688 yds 13 TD 5 INT and an 89 QB rating. I won't even bother posting Trevor Lawrence's awful stats from last year but Mason's stats are far better. I bet Jag fans aren't frothing at the mouth to cut Lawrence.

Not saying Rudolph is Burrow, just pointing out that 10 games is not enough to judge a QB.

When i saw that I figured Rudolph is going nowhere. Why make yourself thin at QB for a late round pick? With this horrible OL, they may need the depth.
 
Our OL has not been good since munchak left. I suppose this ( and the ILB position) is Tomlins weakness.

good points...and it's nice to hear someone speaking in a normal volume in this thread. When you weed through all the foot stomping and name calling, there's actually good football discussion going on.
 
I just don't get the sheer hatred for Rudolph. I really thought any intelligent Steelers fan, hell, any intelligent human would say let all three fight it out and let the best man win. I really didn't care who it was. But looking at this camp and preseason Rudolph was clearly the best. While Pickett is clearly ascending. And Trubisky has been a disappointment. It really is that simple. I also don't think it really matters who starts the season at QB as Pickett likely is starting by November. And to be honest looking at this team, why not? We spent a first round pick on him and the team is nowhere near a super bowl contender. I also doubt Rudolph is back even if he has success.
