I wasn't able to catch the game and probably won't be able to catch the next one either. Looks like they came up a little short last night.

They did. They just don't have that "second gear" that is needed by championship teams. We can hold our own, but knowing that we will win is not there. When we were down by two, I thought it might not be enough to beat us, but never doubted that the Panthers had what it took to find more goals. I doubted we could keep up with that catch and chase situation.

Sucks. I often wonder if there is another cup on the "big three" still. My faith in them is not what it used to be.

They need to play like the big three are not in the game. Not sure what to make of this team. Not sure what they need to make a serious run. The clocking is ticking down with Sid and the boys. They've accomplished 3 cups and played for a 4th. Can't really *****. If they're going to go all in for one more,they should do it real soon.

When they got the puck, they all turned on a dime, and made most of them a break away. We just dumped the puck in, and lost most of them for no forehead.

We are not a SC team at this point.
