Freedom of speech something everyone values. Yet is has limits. For example, you can't yell fire in a Theater.

Can somebody tell me why a terrorist can post his threat to attack on social media or in public, and explain why he or she should not be arrested on the spot?

January 2017 can't come soon enough.

NJ Elementary School Calls Cops On Third-Grader For Saying 'Brownie'

On June 16, police were called to an unlikely scene: an end-of-the-year class party at the William P. Tatem Elementary School in Collingswood.

A third grader had made a comment about the brownies being served to the class. After another student exclaimed that the remark was "racist," the school called the Collingswood Police Department, according to the mother of the boy who made the comment.

Muslims, under this Administration and DOJ, are considered a victim class. Why they are victims, I don't know. They have been afforded immunity from being disliked.

Um....isn't that what they are? Brownies? That's the color....we are getting more and more insane each day.

What the officer should have said to the school employee that called the police: "You stupid ************. Have you lost your damn mind?"

Then, he should have arrested him/her for filing a false report, or whatever offense it is called for making a frivolous 911 call. Then, the city should bill that person for the department's time made on the call.

What's next: Saltine Crackers, Cracker Jack, DumDum suckers, whatever it is they call Brazil Nuts, etc.

It's very stupid but I can tell you what most likely happened with that "Brownie" story based on the info given in the article. The High School Administration recently got in hot water from the School Board because they didn't report a particular issue to the Police that they deemed to be a minor issue that they should handle in house. As a result, the School Board had a meeting with the High School Administration and demanded that they had damn well better start reporting more issues to the Police instead of making in house decisions. At which point, it sounds like the school Administration said, "Ok fine, if that's how they want it, **** you, we are reporting every single stupid, asinine thing to the Police Dept from now on". That's how you get a ridiculous thing like this being reported to the Police. Sounds like it resulted from nothing more than a pissing contest within the school district.
