OK PSU fans, a question for you. What happened to Shaka Toney? Two years ago it seemed like he was going to be a full on beast for you guys. Dude was tall enough, big, fast and explosive. He was getting the ESPN treatment and all that. Then, nothing and a fall to at least a 4th round draft pick. What's up?
