Not that I think we would have made a noise in the playoffs, but crazy to think that we actually weren’t that far off making it in…

You’re right John! That Ravens game was there for the taking but Mitch played wtf with the ball and essentially handed them the win.
Hell, if the defense could have showed up against the Bengals we could have won that game too. We scored 30 at home we should win.
Oh well!

It's for the best that we don't go to the playoffs this season. We'll end up annihilated .. and quickly. Personally, I'd rather sit out for a season or two and hopefully that starts to result in Tomlin's seat feeling a little warm. We don't need to continue barely scraping by with a .500 record every season, go to the Wild Card game only to lose, and then hear the slanted media tell us how Tomlin is a "winning" coach.

Let's set the bar higher than this ****.

Yeah...this is hard for me. You always want to root for the Steelers to go as far as they can. Like last year. We know what they were, but I rooted for it anyway...Ben's last year and all that. But I have found them unwatchable this year on offense. It makes no sense what they are doing most of the time. There seems to be no growth you can point to for hope it will be better next year. The only chance of getting rid of Canada I would think is if they don't make it. I hate to blame just the coaches because players play, but this guy...I've never quite seen a guy who can take any momentum the team may have gathered, no matter how slight or big, and completely destroy it. Like last nights rb screen after the Maulet pick I think it was.

the other players and coaches get paid to win also. Most games in the nfl are like the Rsvens game. either team can win. I think Tomlin is doing a fine job this year.

Najee was wide open in a pass to the “flat” area (screen pass) multiple times last night but that play has NEVER been used. BEN made butter with that dump off the year before.
