Cali is about to ban gas powered lawn equipment. This is one of the easiest small businesses to start. All you need is a few thousand to buy a truck, a mower, and a trimmer and you are in business. Make some money and buy more equipment and hire some help, now you have a business.

There is now a war on small business. Leftists hate small businesses. They want a few small businesses that they can manipulate. Guess you'll just have to have Angi or Amazon cut your lawn. Maybe the guy you used to hire will show up and do the job while making half what he used to make.
