What I find fascinating is how some folks act like Trump or "Redneck Murika" is doing all this. The fact is, Clinton has done all this. She's and Bill are the ones who have manipulated the system and evaded the law for so long and now it's catching up to them at a point when understandably there is a great deal of scrutiny on them. People act as though folks like the Clintons should just be allowed to do whatever they want because they're rich and powerful. Honestly, that's just not how I want my country to work.

DALLAS FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) — Real Estate Mogul and Republican Presidential nominee Donald J Trump has surged to a twelve point lead in Texas over Former Secretary of State and Democrat nominee, Hillary R. Clinton in the latest KTVT CBS 11 Dixie Strategies Poll.

If the presidential election were held today, 52 percent of likely general election voters said they would vote for Trump while 39 percent said they would vote for Clinton. This marks the first time Trump has polled over 50 percent in Texas and casts doubt on any Democratic victory on November.

FBI releases documents on probe of Marc Rich pardon

The FBI has released 129 pages of documents from a decade-old investigation into the Clinton Foundation and Bill Clinton's 11th-hour pardon of financier Marc Rich.

Rich and his ex-wife were generous donors to the Clintons and gave heavily to the construction of Clinton's presidential library in Arkansas.

According to the files, Eric Holder, then a former deputy attorney general, was "the only person at DOJ notified of the pardon sought by Rich." Clinton did not follow the proper procedures when pardoning Rich on the final day of his presidency.

Rich and his business partner, Pincus Green, had fled to Switzerland in 1983 after he was indicted on multiple counts that included wire fraud and racketeering

Clinton should step down — she has no business near classified information!

Has America become so numb by the decades of lies and cynicism oozing from Clinton Inc. that it could elect Hillary Clinton as president, even after Friday's FBI announcement that it had reopened an investigation of her emails while secretary of state?

FBI Director James Comey's announcement about the renewed Clinton email investigation is the bombshell in the presidential campaign. That he announced this so close to Election Day should tell every thinking person that what the FBI is looking at is extremely serious.

This can't be about pervert Anthony Weiner and his reported desire for a teenage girl. But it can be about the laptop of Weiner's wife, Clinton aide Huma Abedin, and emails between her and Hillary. It comes after the FBI investigation in which Comey concluded Clinton had lied and been "reckless" with national secrets, but said he could not recommend prosecution.

So what should the Democrats do now? If ruling Democrats hold themselves to the high moral standards they impose on the people they govern, they would follow a simple process:

PA STATE POLICE RAID Democrat Group For Evidence Of Voter Fraud

Pennsylvania state police have raided a Delaware County political field office seeking evidence of possible voter-registration fraud, according to court records.

In a warrant filed late last week in County Court, investigators said they were seeking documents, financial information, and lists of employees at the Norwood office of FieldWorks LLC, a national organization that often does street work for Democrats, records show.

The warrant did not specify the nature of the probe, but said agents also were looking for “templates . . . utilized to construct fraudulent voter registration forms” and “completed voter registration forms containing same or similar identifying information of individuals on multiple forms.”

Also, I know that elfiePoloFakeEbonics was talking about one computer model from the NYT indicating that Hillary had a 98% chance of victory. That model is vastly less compelling to me than Nate Silver's. Silver has Hillary comfortably ahead in terms of likely winner, but that number is down to 71%, where the model presumes that Hillary wins North Carolina and Florida.
