It looked painfully awkward when they showed the Locker room after the Victory. Tomlin was all fired up and shouting and all the players pretty much ignored him and looked annoyed. It was really weird, but I don't know enough about context to make any judgments off what they showed. I kinda think he was walking around and going up to players individually, not trying to give a speech to the team. My guess is when he calls the players around for a speech, they gather around.
