Sorry for being a little late,...... who am I kidding?
OK, let's get ready to rumble........................ (Read as you go, make the picks, don't ask questions as you will get no answers)

Cheatriots at Titans -4.5
Broncos + 9.5 at Ratbirds
Raiders +9.5 at Bengals
Commanders -5.5 at Giants
Lions -2.5 at Packers

My riding 23hp tractor mower is a CubCadet that has Black & Gold manufacturer colors, YES / NO, has any steelers modifications been made to it?
(NOTE: slash gets a free pass on this as he has seen it, while I was bragging brand new and steelers B&G colors, he will advance should he make it this far)
3rd Tie Breaker
The differential of these two players (subtract one total from the other to determine)
(fan favorite) Lamar Jackson rushing yardage VS Diontee Johnson receiving yards
4th Tie Breaker
How many #60lb bags of sacrete mix did it take on the complete Orchard boarder (60 x 30)
MY ENTRY

Todays story isn't about a slap on the back or recognition of good deeds, it's about doing what's RIGHT.

UPDATE: Back story: Growing up in the 60's, my dad would have an occasional Barn Dance at our place. He always used this Band (Ray's ????) as they were cheap, but pretty good. FAST FORWARD to about 10 years ago. I am a self employed Plumbing and HVAC contractor. A friend of mine (JOE) called on a Saturday and asked if he could get a few parts but also ask my plumbing to advise on a trailer house of his brother's. I said you bet, come on out. Joe explained that it was his brother Ray's (band guy) house and he had been without WATER for about a year and half. Their other brother lived about 200ft away and they been sharing that house's bath. Ray was getting very old and couldn't get around, so JOE wanted to get a bathroom up and running. I explained his questions in a full courteous, easy way of repairs. We also put a couple handful of parts together that initially he would need (NO COST).
....JOE made a couple small repairs over the course of the next month (I called him a few times to see how it was going), but hadn't gotten the water tuned on yet. About two months later, still no success (Not Joe's fault as he is busy too), JOE insisted that he was making headway.
.... About 3 month's later, still no water, I called JOE out of the blue and said my company is coming tomorrow to tear apart and re-install what ever it takes to get water to full bath and kitchen sink. Waterlines would be installed above floor (so not to freeze) and we'd try to make it look as good as possible (existing trailer house was already in very bad shape, but I don't judge. JOE also warned me about SERIOUS odor). JOE said there was no way they could pay me for that and my reply was "I didn't ask for money". I told Joe there is no charge for complete parts and labor except for one thing, I just needed a thank you in the end.
..... Obviously I paid my employee full wages and all cost of materials out of my pocket. One thing I did do was to tell my employee he was getting paid a full 9 hr. day, but if we did a good job (because I don't cut corners regardless of circumstances) and got done sooner, he would still get full day pay. This drove him to be more focused as when employees hear Of volunteering things, they think it's just a walk in the park even though they are getting paid.
.... We worked hard and did get done easily in about 7hrs. Tested everything out and all worked good. This made Ray's life so much better and they were very thankful. Ray hadn't played his guitar in years, but he managed a short "thank you" tune. He was very old and did talk a little about the barn dances.
BOTTOM LINE: Over the years and recently as well, my resume is full of things such as this. The good deeds don't have to be monumental or cost anything (I can't afford a lot of costs), But I can return a shopping cart or hold a door, stop to help with a flat tire or many other things. so PLEASE keep this in the back of your mind............
IT'S NEVER THE WRONG TIME TO DO THE RIGHT THING.!!!

Good Luck in the pick-ems contest and may the good deed force be with you !!!!
