What others think of the Playoff Race

My fantasy Moose team is #1 seed going into the playoffs.


I feel confident with Peyton as QB.

I'm glad the pundits have more confidence in us than I have. Maybe our defense will discover a pulse for the rest of the season

I will pull hard for us until we are mathematically out of it. If we're out, I'll root for the Eagles.

Once we are out i rout AGAINST teams. Against other AFC north teams, against the 9ers so they dont tie our SB record, against crybrady and the billicheats etc. Sometimes i will root for the Chargers while wearing my NC State Phillip Rivers Jersey, but never before we are out of it.

I only look at Football Outsider playoff odds.

We have about 1/3rd of a chance of making the playoffs (and about half of that is as a divisional winner and half as a wildcard).

More damning might be our only 1% chance of winning the Super Bowl.

I only watch when the Steelers are playing. When they are done so am I. It is interesting to me that the guys on that show seem to be made up of the same groups of guys we have here pom pom wavers and Debbie downers.

They are more optimistic than I am about our chances..unfortunately..

Overall...I felt better about last years team and how they were playing at this time of the season, than I do about this years team.

Hate to be Dino Downer....but I just don't see this defense getting enough stops to allow us to win several games...Of course all bets are off if the offense can average 35 points a game the rest of the way.

I hope that I am wrong....

Listening to these guys talk really makes me think there might be something serious about the concussion claims floating around.
We need Emmitt Smiph back for an encore performance, but he should come with an interpreter from the UN.

I was surprised how many if the ESPN "experts" picked the Steelers to win this week.

33% chance of making the playoffs seems high to me as I think there is a very good chance we lose at least 1 more game.
