Might as well say we quit. The late season dive has begun.

Ben was a major contributor to the **** show, let him suffer like every other starter who's going out there. As for the punt? make them drive for their points must be the train of thought. It's not like it matters where their drive starts from, we aren't even setting up traffic cones to challenge them any more. What an embarrassment this team was today.

That's a brilliant strategy.

Couldn't agree more here. Think the Bengals scored on like 8 consecutive possessions at that point? Tomlin has his head so far up his own *** it's embarrassing.

That's a brilliant strategy.
So, why exactly would you pull him? He's not some irreplaceable piece any more. And again, he was wet *** out there all game long. He can be out there for the whole thing too. It's on him as much as anyone else.

So, why exactly would you pull him?

If you seriously have to ask that question, it's no use even wasting the energy.

I rail on Coach as much as anybody, but I don't know if he's celebrating the loss as much as he's pointing out the absolute idiocy on display.

Ben had two picks that i saw.. i really kinda quit watching in the 3rd.

One was miscommuniction with claypool. The pick 6 he had lineman in his lap. The defenisve ineptitude and the offensive line play coupled with coaching is what the topic is.

Mike Tomlin is a bad coach. Stubborn. Refuses to admit when his approach is garbage. Repeats the same failing strategies. Unprepared. Stupid in-game decisions.

Why the hell are we surprised the players are disorganized, confused, inconsistent, and tend to have bad habits? Jesus, they are simply following the coach's lead.

Bingo. Unbelievably stubborn and arrogant.

Once more Ben takes the blunt of the discussion. The second yes first Claypoole looked guilty Watching the tv angles today , he had NOOOOOO time to look around had to throw to first receiver he had. Tomlin and the entire coaching staff deserve to hit the road. This team has not one spot where we have improved or gotten better in any manner. Being beaten to no end and you punt on forth and one, Tomlin then press time say we need t improve, duh we all can see it. I still watch other Teams and how they cover we have no one who covers, receivers are three four yards ahead of our defenders our receivers aren't one yard ahead of defenders. Hard to watch no physicality at all, We defer and put this defense on the field as if we are proud of how they stop the offenses, two weeks in a row no stoppage for the first half. Starks on sideline made a comment that the defensive line coach told the players after the Bungals went right down the field TD, to keep playing as you are, WHAT??? When are they going to have some ball and bench Bush.. He should lead the team in tackles he had what one and two assist. Steelers are just not doing anything

We are eternal optimists and want to believe. But every year round this time.. i get this same feeling. We should declare Nov 28th, MIKE TOMLIN Day!
And we all know there is no hope, just more of the same.

Just a very poorly coached team, watching the defense just run around, engage with players, literally no desire to tackle, stop a play is laughable
Offense is lead by a OC with no NFL sense, old checked out QB, and players with no winning motivation
But hey, Coach Jibber Jabber says they'll get on it this week...just like after the Detroit loss, Chargers loss....

The ******* guy managed to tie the 0-10-1 Detroit Lions at home.

Again, I ask, why are we surprised at how bad the team is? Tomlin reminds me of Alexander the Great's quotation, "I don't fear an army of lions led by a lamb; I fear an army of lambs led by a lion."

Mike Tomlin - the ultimate lamb, who deserves to coach the woeful Detroit Lions.

And of course he appreciates their efforts.

Well lets look at it this way, everything goes in cycle's and when we look at the AFC & NFC there is a shift in teams rising up after years of being in the basement ex: Browns, Bengals, SF, Cards etc. Unfortunately it's the reverse for our Steelers.

The changes can only come top down. If the players don't come to play the coaches need to make changes. If the coaches don't come to play then ownership has to make changes. If neither coaches nor players come to play it needs to be immediate changes. There is not one primary coach (had or coordinator) that should still be here.

And I don't say that just due to today's games. Sometimes **** happens. I say that because after a decade of mediocrity we have now taken the step towards full trash (what we use to think of the Bengals and Browns). Tomlin will get a couple wins, maybe even good wins, before the year is over. But it is all illusion. With ALL of the current primary coaches mediocrity is the standard and we are even sinking below that.

We lost three times in row to the Bengals. Let that sink in for a moment and the way we are playing their streak of wins over the Steelers will continue.
