I wish they didn't. Fox Sports is awful. World Cup coverage is inferior to ESPN and my goodness was the U.S. Open terrible on Fox once again.
Yeah but Phil Mickelson was 17 over par. That means on my best day I'm as good as him on his worst day.
Yeah it was interesting to see the best in the world at least struggle once in our lifetimes.

ESPN ratings in the ******* and by hiring Olbermann back, they basically doubled down on telling half the country to go **** themselves.

I used to listen to ESPN radio almost all day. I’d have Mike and Mike on while getting ready for work. Then i’d listen to Cowherd. I hated him but it was still a good show because he talked lots of football and had good guests. Then SVP and Russilo was great in the afternoon. Just 2 guys talking sports.
Then ESPN decided we needed to be Woke and needed politics in every show. They brough on Le Batard who can be good when he feels like it, but i’m tired of his act where he holds himself up as being above sports and makes fun of anybody who just wants to talk sports. Guess what *******, you’re on a sports network. That is why most people tune in.
I don’t think Bomani Jones even pretends he’s a sports show anymore. It’s all racism all the time. Even the promos for his show featured him lecturing about race. Who wants to tune in for that?
They finally cancelled that stupid SC6 with Michael Smith and Jemelle Hill. It’s rating were horrible. As soon as they replaced it with old style sportscenter at 6, ratings went back up. Yet, they will tell us that nobody wants just a sports show, they want politics mixed in and they will give it to you whether you like it or not.

That's their problem. They obviously want to swap out or update their audience. They don't give a **** about the 35+ year old sports fan. They think you are a mouth breathing racist who only likes sports because you are also dumb and it's all you can understand. They are so beyond you that they deserve a better audience.
They see themselves as enlightened and want to be more than sports. But at the same time, sports is at their core. That's the problem. The new audience they want doesn't really like sports. And they already get their fill of leftist and SJW politics from CNN, MSNBC, and Hollywood.
They are actively alienating their old audience and catering to people who don't watch.
