I will BELIEVE it is a good draft choice when we actually gain some tangible value either by having him become a 2nd string quarterback during his rookie season (thus eliminating the need to pay a veteran backup) or we turn his development into an asset by trading him away.
That has NEVER happened with any of Colbert's previous stupid quarterback selections (luckily only 5th rounders?) and I strongly suspect it will never happen with Landry Jones. This organization, front office and coaching staff are not wired to do anything productive with young, developmental quarterbacks yet our ******* genius GM keeps pounding a square peg into a round hole hoping for a different result.
