No losing seasons

I saw that too, it almost looked like Russ was asking Mike “timeout here” as he quickly gestured it in Mike’s direction rather than trying to get a refs attention and obviously signal for one.

They did well in the situation with a dwindling clock and two timeouts to start the drive. They drove the field and set up a solid FG opportunity to close a half before receiving the 2nd half KO allowing themselves the potential to stack back to back scores. I can’t believe how hard this is being dissected, it must be because MT **** the bed with clock management the previous week so he’s getting no grace this week even in a winning effort.

GREAT post Fiji Mariner,

I was all for the FG points before the half. You have to take the sure thing, especially with the fact you receive the ball after the half.

FYI Herbig plays OLB and Peyton plays ILB. They were on the field at the same time on the Peyton scoop and score forced by Herbig.
I said Preston no? Preston Smith, Herbig’s replacement (maybe spell check got me?)

Very well know what positions people play
Also know those two (Herbig and Peyton) were on the field together for one of Herbig’s few good plays when he wasn’t getting manhandled by the oft false starting Orlando Brown

C’mon bro, you know I know what positions people play I’ve only watched every damn game forever (I ain’t no noob). Preston, the OLB, our recent addition with the fumble recovery from the sWatt and the man the collapses the pocket vs Brown instead of getting manhandled like Herbig was. He wears 91 you should watch him sometime, he’s a beast! The last part was just being catty for fun Stryker after the “FYI” and acting like I’m some noob that doesn’t know every damn player on the squad…I’m a bit of a football junkie

I’m just glad for bacon!!!
Be it on a burger, in a quesadilla, on my potato, in my omelette, wrapped around meat, on a club sandwich, with pancakes…somehow it’s always a star and brings its A game

Mmmm bacon, is there anything it doesn’t go with…even makes veggies delicious

Hella, it can even be mixed in with football conversations………………………

When that FG got blocked, the announcers acted like it was Bozwell’s fault, I had to mute the TV and fire up XM radio feed for awhile after that.

Don’t fear, because subliminal vision exercises keep me anchored to my saddles-less Camel

I also believe the blocked field goal played in coach Ts decision making there.,
He wanted those points back… badly!

Take the points sure.....but if you have a chance....one play to get 7 ....then why not try?

Tomlin must be doing something right - he has a team that a significant number were writing off as more likely to be in the AFC North basement than leaders. He has done it with one "washed up" quarterback and one who was a failure at Chicago, without a number 2 wide receiver and with a washed up OAP as their number one d-lineman.

He has a 60%+ winning record over 18 years. You don't achieve that over that length of time unless you are a good coach. Get the playoff record up to 60%+ and add another Superbowl or two then he will be great.
Or just fortunate to coach Pitt. Now explain 3-8...........

Yes but no Tito's during game day.
Now why would you insult Berm like that? Real men don't drink vodka. That's a white woman's drink, like a Starbucks vanilla frappe'. Berm is a man and loves to drink amber spirits whilst listening to Miles Davis or John Coltrane.

oh wait...that's me. Sorry. Berm probably drinks vodka. :ROFLMAO:
