Should the Steelers draft a kicker in rounds 6 or 7?

Did anyone see the ending of the Bears vs Eagles game? The Bears stuck with a kicker who missed a lot during the regular season. The game was on the line. 43 yards out, the snap was good, the hold fine. The football hit the upright, the ball bounced down on the crossbar and went backward. No good!

The moral of the story, if your kicker is struggling, move on. He cost the Bears the game, just like Boswell cost the Steelers a playoff birth. Blame the kicker, but the real goat is the head coach who stuck with him.

Draft a kicker? Hellz no.

The only exception would be if there was a college kicker that was hitting 60+yd FG at 50% in games.

I'll settle for a guy who's 90% accurate from 40 yards and can hit field goals in the mid 50's.

Many of the top NFL kickers were drafted. The Steelers traded a 6th round pick for a sub par kicker not so long ago. Heck, they drafted a long snapper in the 6th round and cut the dude in camp!

You're telling me they can't draft a kicker? If the right one is there in round six or seven, pull the trigger.

Unless you think Boswell or that 165 pound guy is the long term answer.

Kicker is NEED for the off season. Free agency or the draft.
