I questioned that the other day. Nobody says Watt needs Dupree. Too many on here fault Dupree for taking a little longer to develop and the coaches for not using him properly early in his career.

I fully agree. Yes he was not a star right out of the gates. He took the wrong angles. Due to coaching wisdom they lined him up on the opposite side that he was used to playing. Gee I wonder if that affected his angles When they put him back to his natural side things changed. And yes of course TJ is ******* fantastic. Nobody disputes that. Our D turned from great to average after his injury.

This team is lost, has no focus, no fire and poorly coached. Watching offense and defense coordinating of other teams and their creativity on the red zone channel is nauseating when watching the Steelers and their high school play books. Not to mention all these running backs that were all available for the Steelers in the draft but Tomlin had his running game

I'm really starting to think Tomlin's time as Steelers coach is over. As head coach he hasn't been able to figure out a way to counter-punch an opponent with his offense the past 4 weeks. It really shows me how incompetent he truly is as an NFL Head Coach. You would hard pressed to choose a Steelers team in the past 40 years that has had an offense as capable as the Steelers the past 5 seasons and Tomlin can't figure out how to attack an opposing defense other than a quick passing game

Honestly. Not exaggerating for effect. At this point I think it is a safe bet that this team will not win again and finish 11-6. The defense has been decimated losing their 4 top linebackers. The offense makes the defense have to play way way too much and its too much to expect the D to hold off playoff caliber teams with no help from the atrocious offense and the horrible OLine. The D has been on the field almost 16 mins and there is 6 mins left in the half. Any D would get winded.

It all starts with the OLine. Ben has been bad, but a good percentage of it is because the OLine is too old and they are done and the dominos fall from there.

Now Ben didnt need to throw into triple coverage on that play, That was him but the OLine is just bad

Frank Reich and the Colts putting on an absolute clinic on how to manage an aging, immobile QB. Surrounding him with a great OL (two backups playing today too), but more importantly, stress a physical running game.

Most of the serious injuries were on defense but it's the offense that stinks.
