Just under a third of the season is done.
Here is the outlook in the division

Totally toast: Cleveland 1-5 / div 0-0 / AFC 1-5
They would have to finish 8-3 to reach a winning record. The Watson situation is so bad tge fans are advocating they see if anyone will take him off their hands for nothing back if they actually pay the team taking him a first round pick...
they havent played any divisional games yet, so some hold out hope they will get Nick chubb back and make up ground... but a 4 game deficit is too big a hole to dig out of..

Pretty bad situation: Cincinnati 2-4 / 0-1 / 0-3
They arent out of anything yet, but are perilously close to being in an insurmountable position.. 0-3 in the AFC is bad for tiebreakers and to date their only two wins have been vs really bad teams with very poor offenses... their O can keep them in any game, but their D is just not good..

Division Contenders: Pittsburgh 4-2 / 0-0 / 3-1
The Steelers are set up well going into the middle of the season.. they are defense heavy.. they have given up the fewest points of any team that has played 6 games... only 4 teams have been better, all with 1 less game played:
The chargers have given up 20 less points
The Vikings 10
The Chiefs and Jets 1
Their two close losses to indy, a potential wild card team, and Dallas, a team the whole division plays are their only flaws.

The Ravens lead the division thanks to having barely won the only AFC north game yet... but there are red flags... namely, their defense has not been up to par
Week 1 vs KC the chiefs scored 27... their season high to date
Week 2 vs the Raiders, Vegas scored 26... their season high to date
week 3 vs the Cowboys, Dallas scored 25.. their second highest total to date
Week 4 they did well, holding Buffalo to a season low 10 points
Week 5 vs the Bengals they gave up 38 points, the Bengals highest output to date..
Week 6 they gave up 23 points vs Washington ... which was only their 4th highest output on the season..

Worse is that many of these points have come in the 4th quarter including a bad collapse in the raiders loss, 19 points in the near miss vs Dallas, and 14 in the OT win vs Cinci..

adding in the Steelers are 4-2 with crazy injuries at the same positions. they should be much healthier when the brutal division schedule comes around.

Baltimore misses queen badly... they are giving up a 67% completion rate.. their 4th quarter points per game is tied for worse in the league... teams still play conservatively vs them early, but as soon as they start challenging the middle of the field, they fold...

What I'm hearing...
Ravens defense folds like cheap suit.
Cleveland acquisition of Watson keeps getting worse.
Cincinnati is over rated.
Tomlin doesn't suck as bad as many have thought. At least up to this point.

Ravens unfortunately are the most complete team.

I thought it was against the rules to compliment Tomblin?

Pittsburgh being underrated should be there.
We were picked by many "experts" to end up last in the division, yet we are sitting pretty good at 4-2.

We will kill the Ravens like we do every year.

Keep in mind that this is the Steeler's weakest part of their schedule. We have the Jets, Giants, Bye, and then we get into the gauntlet. If we don't shore up the Offensive line and get some key pieces back on defense, it's going to be ugly on the back half of the schedule.
