There it is...(Garrett lies and plays race card)

So if Mason did really say that, think he’d be allowed to play again the NFL? **** no.

It should be the same for someone intentionally trying to ruin a person’s career and really destroy their life.

It’s actually really scary that people can just make **** up like that and lives are changed because of it when it is not factual.

if it was true then I guess that would mean Mason would be blackballed from the NFL and would win millions in a lawsuit and his own private workout. The media tells me players can’t be adversely impacted for free speech or personal beliefs, right?

That is a pretty serious accusation from Garrett. It is very suspicious because it didn't come out until today and also, while we can all infer what he was saying, it is still important to hear exactly what Rudolph supposedly said.

It's also a bold move because there are mics all over the field. Very easy for the NFL to prove or disprove it, which they say they've already done. You wonder if this type of accusation will result in an extended suspension because even though the NFL said nothing was said, there will be people out there who will always view Rudolph as a racist now.

fans that use racial slurs are classless and should be banned from attending events.
Players that use slurs to other players is unfathomable to me. To look your teammates in the eye, who protect you, who you are with almost more than your family during the week, season and call a brother, I don't know how you come back from that. That's why what he is claiming is a bigger deal than the helmet thing.

Kerry Collins's career or at least as a QB locker room leader was derailed by purported use of a racial slur.

I'd bet the farm AB and Jalen Ramsey have incorporated the word into their smack talk.

Seems the word is kosher as long as it ends in "a."

IF I was Rudolph I would sue the **** out of this guy. More than likely you will be a career backup anyways and this is your payday! Obviously if true he would have said something before now. This guy doesn’t deserve to play another down in NFL. He belongs in the XFL.

****. I wanna hear from NFL players. I’m sure there are some very nasty words tossed around, comments of wife’s, parents ...etc.
When I was 15 my new hockey coach told us to get "aggresive" in the corners and talk to the other team. He actually told us us it was ok to call them a "***" or a "turkey".....lol. It was far worse than that.

Us small town kids had quite the laugh. Guess the coach had just seen Slapshot. We all watched it years earlier and had been giving and taking far worse verbal abuse for years. It was never a big deal to discuss sisters, moms, farm animals, etc. in the most wretched terms. And no one cared because it was just dumb words that people said to get others riled up in the moment. It rarely worked.

Next time you watch a hockey game and see the wingers/D jawing before a faceoff, you will know the modern version of this ****-talking.

Only a complete ******* would ever take anything said in "heated" sports moment seriously.

The story Mason's alleged slur was ALL OVER my facebook feed earlier this afternoon. NOW, crickets. Nothing.

NFL networks broadcast tonight had Rapaport talk about what happened and that was it. No opinions from Irvin, Joe Thomas, Steve Smith, and the other douche that played for Patriots.

If it were deemed true that Rudolph said it, that’s all they’d talk about. It’s comical at this point, so predictable.

The fact you have people wanting to justify Garret's actions just means they have some inner agenda they need to spout about. I've heard plenty today about believing this POS and how it somehow makes it all a huge question regarding fault. No, we're smarter than that and giving some of these idiot players a platform for their beliefs is often pandering to lower intelligence. Let's make someone's blood boil by playing the race card is easy if not stupid material to base an opinion. Like Whitlock said, "I live in a grown up world where words don't hurt me." Not that he's any gospel, but it's a mature insight. Most of these shows make their viewership because there's such a different opinion on either side, but this is something that I don't buy, and most of you don't either.
Yeah, Mason is at fault for going after an idiot w/a weapon in his hand. Give me a break.

I’m “sure” that word is never altered in a nfl field. I’m “sure”. Get the **** out of here.

God damn, hit enter! Lol.

If I was Rudolph I would now take the whole thing to both criminal (assault) and civil court for slander or defamation of character or whatever other legal term they can throw out there. Also the NFL should fine and suspend Garrett for more games for lying. If I was the NFL I would make him state publicly he lied before he could play again. To me it is about equivalent as a female falsely throwing out abuse or sexual abuse allegations.

Given MG double Down, I feel he has to. Not both, just on the slander. Leave the criminal alone. If he didn’t say it gotta do it. But then again, I’m sure the nfl will lose the tapes somehow

No one can argue what he heard. You can always mishear things. I still find it hard to believe that anything was said by Rudolph or else Garrett would've told everyone right away.

And let me add. What, a,...fn, ..year ...this has been.

I've never seen anything like it. And throw in the league with their stupid rules, terrible officials, and Al ******* Riveron, and the joy is just being sucked completely out of the game.

People need to understand one thing. Garrett is telling the clowns what happened and how they need to respond. Rudolph is being told by the Steelers to let this blow over and not make a big deal of this. One is an organization that controls the players while the other is being dragged about by the nose by the player. I'm sure Rudolph would love to say a lot more but is being told to keep quiet. Garrett and his merry band of misfits like Kitchens are just trying to get him back on the field ASAP.

This is true, and id give him the benefit of the doubt if that was his story from minute one... but it wasn’t...why would he keep that a secret from everyone on his own team... especially as he was getting eaten alive on the national stage

Misheard? Come on. mR said it or he didn’t. nFL has enough videos, mics, and other **** to pick it up. Also, with pouncey being right there, and having a HC of same skin tone, wouldn’t you think MT would ask him? Did he say it? I’d also think given MR play, and if he did say suck a thing his *** would be on the bench ASAP. This isn’t some star we are going to pamper too like AB. He is currently a scrub, if he said that **** we would flush him.

Freddie Kitchen is gonna be unemployed next season lol... maybe unemployable after these numbnuts finish melting down

I wonder if Mason might have heard him say "I hate white people" right before he got hit with his helmet.

No doubt... but everyone has been in a situation where an innocent statement is immediately greeted with a “what the **** did you just say?” Explosion from someone who thought you said something else... that would be understandable but then why wouldn’t that be his story from minute 1
