Shazier and Tuitt are solid, high floor prospects in that barring injury, I see little chance in either going bust; however, I'm not sure I see all pro potential in them either. Though not absolutely necessary, that is something you would like in the first two rounds.
I'll attempt to resist beating the Archer dead horse another meter in the ground, but I'll just say this: there were FAR superior prospects available at the CB position in the late third.
As for the later rounds, a lot of boom/bust types, with Richardson seeming the most promising. He has the tools, but needs much more development than many of the CBs they passed on earlier and is a longer projection.
Bryant and McCullers are intriguing as well, but despite their immense physical talents, they, along with Richardson, fell for a reason. Odds are that all three bust, but hopefully, they can strike gold with least one of them.
When attempting to prematurely assess a draft at this stage, all one can really do is assess how the players they drafted project relative to their prospective fit with the team.
I refuse to assign a specific letter grade at this point, but I'll say I'm merely OK with this draft at the moment.
