My 40 cal was just too bulky. Love it, but I would have to be sasquatch to hide it.

Just got a Ruger EC9s. Very basic gun. Love the simplicity, the manufacturer, the price point.

Looking forward to getting to the range soon.

What you got?

Guns scare me to death, but I know people in my family who may have a few AR-15's, a few M4,s , few AK-47,s like 6 9mm ,a 40, several .45,s with one being a 1911, a Super Redhawk .44 magnum, a few .22 bull barreled target pistols, A Ruger 57 with 20+1 magazines.

And an assortment of hunting rifles and shotguns.

Honest question - what about them scares you?

..It was sarcasm. I was sleeping with a 1911.45 under my pillow at 15 years old. Had a ruger 9mm and some pile of **** 9mm luger tokarev in the night stand.

Had a pretty decked our Russian sks too. Which was super cheap to shoot the hell out of the 7.62 x 39. Easy to clean as well.

Note:

None of my guns ever jumped out and assaulted anyone. Just for the window licking lefto pansies here.

Careful certain people may be taking notes and making calls.

Well considering all of the concealed carry permits, federal firearms licenses and police officers in the family. I'm good. Not to mention I live in Florida, not some failing oppressive socialist utopia who wear masks in the shower.

My neighbor carries, not at the same, a Glock 26, Glock 43 and Ruger LCP. In a moment of not thinking clearly while going through one of his divorces, he sold his beloved nickel plated Colt .38 Detective Special, Ruger .40 and Sig P238. That dumbass.

We all have those stories. I sold a M1A1 Carbine on a synthetic stock once. $300. What the heck was I thinking. Still regret that move.

Neighbor is a gun freak. Owns a Walther PPQ M2 for CC, Glock 19, Glock 21, S&W EZ slide for wife (grip strength issues). The Walther easy to conceal in colder weather, and during spring/summer, he simply wears an XL dress shirt untucked that covers it completely.

Me? Guns scare me. So loud, and evil. A tool of wHyTe sO0pReMaSeE.

Guns, guns, guns, guns! 'Merica!

15-year old Michigan school shooter also loved his guns. What a shocking revelation.

Jesus, why is anybody giving attention to the moron Tibilo on the subject of firearms? ******* idiot trolls for information on the Michigan shooter - no, not the 2,573 that are black, the white kid. He thinks it is legal for a 15-year old to own a 9mm. JEE-ZUS.

Michigan Pistol Permit Requirements

You must meet all requirements for license application provided by Michigan pistol permit laws.

They include the following:
  • You must be at least twenty-one years old.
  • You must complete a Michigan firearm training class.

He knows as much about firearms as he does living conditions in the United States, free markets, economics, and satisfying a woman.

Just ignore him.

I've owned almost 100 guns in my life, and funny thing not a single one of them ever shot themselves or committed a crime. Imagine that.
None of mine have either. I just heard that crazy libtard Baldwin is now claiming that he didn't pull the trigger, the gun just fired itself. Yeah, riiiiiiiight.

If I'm not already on a list or two, I would be shocked.
Same. Thing is, I don't care. Come get "it". :)

In all seriousness, Ruger makes a quality firearm and they shoot well. I think I've only had one handgun that shot surprisingly bad (at least for me)...It was the H&K USP .40 I bought probably 25 years ago. The fit of the slide was sloppy too. I traded it for a Colt Government .45 in Ultimate Stainless.

I've got a lot of the "plastic guns" and I would probably go to battle with one of my Glocks. Carry, I have the M&P shield or Glock 43. But my favorites that I own and love to target shoot are the two pictured. Here's the Colt I mentioned and that's a reflection on the slide.
