Not a fan of Goddel but the owners wanted someone to clean up league and he did try that but now with owners and judges in his way why would he care, hell he has made enough money to life where he wants and not have all the hassles that has become NFL football. The NFL owners can blame him all they want but they themselves hired all that is trouble in the NFL, they won't clean up their own teams, they have allowed the game to not be about the score, the record or play of any team. The NFL has become everything else but the game on the field.

Former Steeler loses bid for Pennsylvania Supreme Court

Former Steelers defensive back Dwayne Woodruff has lost his bid for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the second time in three years that he has run unsuccessfully for the office. Woodruff, a family court judge in Allegheny County, reportedly ran a “low-key campaign,” but he did choose to criticize President Trump for his attack on NFL players who choose to kneel during the anthem via a mailing which claimed that the country’s chief executive “push[ed] our country to become more divided and ultimately penalize[d] our First Amendment rights.”

The Republican Party responded with a mailing that advocated the election of “judges who share our values and stand for the flag.”

Also realize that Jerry Jones is spearheading the NON-extension of the "rog" to this point. I don't know if you saw his interview but it made sense that the owners "timing" is right for JOB evaluation. There is a slight chance of termination unless there there is some sort of plan on retaining adding viewership. As you've said the "rog" has made more than enough to live the rest of his existance.
