They both had the opportunity to get to the ball at the same time. That makes it the same thing as a jump ball basically. The D got there first.

yeahthe guy had position on him, he ran through his arms and contacted them before he touched the ball... hard to call that though... in the final seconds of a super bowl no ref has those balls
