So going to prep some round roast and get it ready to make some beef jerky on the smoker tomorrow. Ol girl made some chilli and ready for some Steelers football.

Thank you. It was my first time smoking turkey, and it came out tender and juicy. Really happy with it.

Been known to smoke one for Thanksgiving now and then. I like to make candied bacon and smoke that on the rack above so the drippings keep the bird moist. The bacon usually doesn't last til dinner time.
