Suck It Tomlin Haters! Suck It Down And Swallow Every Drop!! "TOMILIN RATED NEAR TOP"

  • Thread starter Thread starter Steel Not A Player
  • Start date Start date
4:16:06 That was almost 4 years ago. Now that I have left the military, I don't have the time to train like that with my new job. I mainly run 5k's and 10k's now. I work too many hours to do much more.

I still don't believe that. I assume with that time and your age you went through USAT. what region did you compete in?

I wrestled in HS (regional champion 1x), played football and baseball, coach baseball now (won 2 championships) run tough mudder here and there, and have done 3 triathlons (4th in my age group, 38-45).

I think the Steelers kinda suck.

Since my athletic resume allows me to have an opinion.

**** yall, I wresteled Kurt Angle in high school 3x.... wrestled the PA State champion once. too.

I can't tell you all of the things i can do or i'd have to kill you...:) With that being said this whole "suck it Tomlin haters" thread has a big case of the ghey in it. Maybe a reflection of the team going soft and uncaring or maybe it's just **** drafting for one too many years.

Here go non-athletes bitching about being non-athletes. For your information I was a two time state champ wrestler, 4-time state placewinner. I coach wrestling and track. I played football all through highschool. You ******* can make all the jokes you want, but you are just that, a ******* joke. Please, I would love to know any of your ******* athletic resumes. Oh, I forgot you have none and therefore should not have an opinion on any athletic event. I dont go around telling you how to play the flute. So **** off non-athletes go find a band website and ***** about other band geeks, and not an football website. Let athletes have the athletic converations. Thank you.

Rolling around on the ground with other guys doesnt make you an athlete, just a ****. Running away doesnt make you an athlete, it makes you a coward.

My appologies to any real track/wrestling types out there who arent complete morons and into demeaning others. . .

By this logic, you don't get an opinion on the president of the USA, as you haven't been president of the USA. How about an opinion on locations of city parks, you get none as you haven't been a parks director. What about traffic control, have you been a traffic control officer? You get my point? What about a gay man showering right next to you, close, you don't get an opinion on that, unless you are a gay man, are you? Your opinion on art is non-existant, unless you are an artist. Your logic is flawed in many ways, people have opinions, weather they have experience in that opinion or not. This is a free speech message board, unless you create, maintenance, operate your very own, you get no opinion on a message board. Are you understanding how misinformed your logic is? I can go on and on as my "athletic" resume would allow me to have WAY WAY stronger opinions, than you, by your logic.

Salute the nation

What he said.

Sarge retired as a Sergeant Major, I'm sure he has had enough PT in his day to get to the fitness level to have attained such accomplishments

I bet even Coolie could kick jdell' s ***.

I played flag football and caught a game-winning TD.

I played flag football and caught a game-winning TD.

I was once flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct in an intramural flag football game in college. Dove to catch poorly thrown ball. Field was full of puddles crime recent rain. I had the audacity to land in huge puddle. Get flagged for splashing the ref. That dude probably works for Goodell now.

Breh, trust me- this board has been poisoned by insufferable curmudgeons.

I mean what type of person sits around all day bitching and moaning about the team that you supposedly are a fan of? Half of the posters dont even discuss football and the other half are as objective as a vegetable.

If you check out 'other' Steeler boards, you see that not all fans have sand up their Vi-jay-jays.

then why the **** do you insist on posting here?

Rich kotite and herm Edwards were thought of as top coaches at one point also. We have the new rich kotite

i'll see your richie kotite and raise you a more fitting coach-

ok i have a question for all the Tomlin haters here.. Who's fault was it when the Steeler's finished 8-8 in 2006? (Bill Cowher's last year).

Because if you use the logic that the Tomlin hater's use here, "Tomlin wins because of Ben and he's a HOF QB", "Tomlin inherited a team that just won the Super Bowl" then Bill Cowher's team should've made the playoffs in 2006. So using all the same logic it was Cowher's fault for finishing 8-8 & missing the Playoffs right?

since you were probably in about 8th grade in 2006, i'll go ahead and let you know that this board was entirely up in arms about cowher's performance that year. not to mention said hall of fame qb didn't exactly have the best offseason. evel kneivel...then came back and had the appendectomy.
so, tell me again about 2006 and the board's reaction to it.

the crazy thing to me is that anyone questioning tomlin is IMMEDIATELY labeled a "hater" and they should go root for some other team. blahblahblah
look at the talent level he took over in 07, then look at the current level of talent.
i do not feel good about where we are as a franchise. to be quite honest it reminds me a lot of the 80's. biggest difference is that hall of fame qb we have

2006? You mean the year when Ben was hit by a car, then had to have an emergency appendectomy, missed week 1 and was never right the whole year, all the while Cowher's wife was dying of cancer?

Yeah, what a ****** coach to not just shrug that off.

BTW, Cowher had plenty of critics on this board, even after the win vs the Seahawks. There were people pretty much saying it didn't count because they didn't face the pats in the playoffs.

There are legit criticisms of Tomlin and i don't give a **** if people call me a hater for pointing them out. The drafts have been poor and the player development has been slow.

This board should be negative now because we just witnessed 2 ****** seasons in a row and so far this preseason things do not look promising.

Despite the negativity, most here do think the steelers should be a playoff team this year with this schedule.

I would rather be on a board with people who have opinions aren't just cheerleaders.

rah rah rah Coach T! He's the best! Give me more .500 seasons!

Seriously, Give me confidence that we are heading in the right direction....I just don't see where we are. We don't have the talent to compete with the best teams this year and I have no confidence that our coaches can get more out of this bunch.

And for the record I was a damn good baseball player when I was a kid. Batted over .600 one year, and that means I can judge anyone on anything.

And I bet you were not a football player either. You turds are a bunch of either non-athletes or ****** wannabe athletes that think they know everything.

What Division 1 team did you play your college ball for? And how long did you play in the NFL.

jdell;34006For your information I was a two time state champ wrestler said:
What State did you wrestle in? And yes, it does matter.
