As I watched ESPN and the NFL channel and listening to all the hype for Brady and what a great game he had just goes to show Ben get zero respect. Ben sets a record and Dion and his bunch don't even mention it. Watching ESPN they talk to Brady and how great a game he had and all the BS yet not one interview with any Steeler let alone Ben, once again setting a NEW NFL RECORD. How sick does this make any Steeler fan. Ben deserves some credit for a great game, he gets none.

**** them we will enjoy this all that matters !

I don't get where all this comes from? Phil Simms is always killed on here and he couldn't fit enough good comments in the telecast yesterday. NFL Insiders just did a ten minute segment on Ben's big day and how much of a threat the Steelers are the rest of the season. We have one of the most oversensitive fan bases in sports. Deion Sanders is always talking about how elite Ben is. You know, when the team is stinking the place up commentators probably won't have a lot of good stuff to say. It was alright with some that Cowher and Ward called them soft though.

Agree. We must be watching different shows..

Not that it was unexpected but all they could talk about at half time was how resilient Luck was. LOL

I give Simms **** cause he flat out sucks as an analyst. As for what he and the other talking heads say or don't say about the Steelers during the week, I really don't care.

I hope i had a pending trade in my fantasy leauge where I have Brady and with how shaky our OL @ haley have been I was shopping him and I agreed to send him for Bowe @ Stewart, likely the leauge will veto.
Now hard to pick each week ben or Brady.both pass first spread attack teams.

I haven't seen anything on it. I saw sportscenter and their headline "brady and his huge day" but no mention of Roethlisberger. I usually can't stand watching more than a half an hour of espn anymore and maybe 30 minutes of nflnetwork before work but neither one mentioned Ben in that time span.

I expected a little more from ATH and PTI tonight. Was looking forward to it all day and came away disappointed. Oh well, no big deal.

Ben lost all credibility with these ******** I think because of the off the field incidents. He became the bad boy of the NFL QB's. They can't slam him because he has been very successful but they won't praise him because they've deemed him the bad element or rogue QB so they just write him off and don't talk about him. That's your ******* media today. Lets be politically correct. Wouldn't want to offend the female fans of the NFL.

This right here.

Funny with the way you ***** about things I would not have imagined you would agree with this. You to me are the poster child of spoiled oversensitive fans who can't relax and enjoy the fact that we are a very spoiled fan base who should realize that we can't win every game and every superbowl. A couple of bad years and people whine like we are Cleveland or Oakland/LA.

I will give you kudos for agreeing though, even if we look at the statement differently. Maybe you are coming around.

Who gives a ****. When Ben wins his 3rd SB, they can come kiss his *** as he holds the trophy in the air.

I don't give a **** if anyone in the media even talks about the STEELERS. in fact I enjoy it much more if they don't.

As far as I am concerned rather fly under the radar than over it. Ben had a fantastic day and even though Brady did, we all know our Ben clearly outmatched him. Let's go on continue winning games and then everyone will start jumping on our bandwagon. For now, we know what we have and let's have more great awesome games! Go Steelers!!!!!!

Yesterday, up until the Saints game, there was a big headline with both Ben and Brady on ESPN's main page. After the Saints game started, it moved to the lower section, but could still be seen and clicked... I don't get where you people are seeing this "no mention of Ben/Steelers" stuff.

I generally don't watch the sports shows because those guys are about as useful as announcers at a wwf match. I check the Steelers page, the tribune, and here. Most of the other stuff is garbage, anything in the other places that is not garbage will be brought up and discussed, or beat to death or bitched about on here, your view point will determine which version of the former you deem it to be.

NFL radio on Sirius this morning spent about 20 min. on Ben and the Steelers. Lots of drooling over Tomlin too.

That sounded an awful lot like respect to me.

Boomer just did a nice little tribute to Ben on the halftime show.

Chris Berman just now on MNF had a great half time segment about Ben and his accomplishments. Very nice.
