The offense is not creative so they are easy to defend and the defense is nothing close of the glory days of the recent SB teams. We are small and quick, and other teams are big and powerful. Whatever it is, it's not working and the once bad teams are playing competitive against us.

We ARE one of those bad teams now. We have been average for two years and below the line from here out until something changes. I'm no cap expert, but I think we are in for a long haul of **** play on the field. I'll still be around, but it will suck.

While other teams can hire a new defensive coordinator and get immediate improvement the next year, the Steeler defense will not be fixed any time soon. It just takes too long to beat Lebeau's defense into any player. Even if we take D-linemen early in the draft, they can not contribute. Same goes for any LBer we may pick. The only immediate value we could get from the 2015 draft is on offense. There is something wrong with that. I see no light any time soon...
