Deflate-gate......God I hate the Pats!!!!

Why not make these things NFL controlled? The ball comes off the field, the ball goes to an NFL ball boy. Tennis does this. ****, it ain't that hard.

The headsets, the wireless, all should be NFL-run and monitored.

This times 1000. But when you're a league that's run just to bilk billions from TV and fans, they don't really care about fair competition on the field.

This is what I'm saying. It will be pathetic when ANY one of those guys is voted into the H.O.F. They simply don't deserve it. And that's truly sad for them. A lot of those guys just do what the middle linebacker or QB tells them to. Many of them probably don't even know that Brady or the defensive captain has just been handed the other team's signal. It's just too bad that their entire legacy is simply tainted with coaches, coordinators and a handful of players on the team that have made an entire career of cheating.

Brady is slightly better than mediocre. He simply knows exactly whom to throw the ball to or to whom to hand the ball on every single play. At least the linemen actually have to block somebody and the runningbacks and receivers actually have to make plays.

....and the Rooney's have ties to the White House which are in a partnership with the FCC........

don't believe me? do the research yourself. goes back to before Kraft bought the Pats, when he owned a small tv station. blossomed from there.
but, of course he's pure as the driven snow, just like the pristine Pats.

If the ball handler was in on the scam, he could make sure who got which balls. Seems like kind of an elaborate scheme for little potential return, but I wouldn't put it past Bellichick.

The officials would have to be in on it to because the NFL says they inspect the balls during the game and can take them out if it does not feel right. I dont see how they could do it w/o being caught.

I didn't think there was anything wrong with that substitution stuff. I thought it was genious. But you're right. Why do they have to cheat when they will probably win anyway? Its so dumb.

Belichick is a military man. He runs his team like military. In the military, doing enough to hopefully win is never enough; you double and triple up everything you can to give you the best chance to win, regardless. Bill thinks of EVERYTHING when it comes to winning. He leaves no stones unturned, and you know what they say: IF you ain't cheating, you ain't trying. It's like saying we could have won the Iraq wars without taking out every target possible without our aerial attacks. We could have. Their tanks were no match to ours, etc. But you leave nothing to chance. Belichick operates with that mentality. And he might be the best coach of all time.

Is there a rule book for wars?

yeah that saying if you ain't cheating you ain't trying ............. sure the person who came up with that saying wasn't high in morals.... regardless it shouldn't apply to a sport that should be fair across the board.

Is there a rule book for wars?

It was established during the Hague and Geneva Conventions. Whether or not Saddam Belichick follows it or not is a different story.

I thought the zebras on the field place and change footballs?Considering it was raining during the shelling of the Colts by the Pats wouldn't dry balls be shuttled on to the field by an official handling said balls.
Will Roger's Referees be indicted in this NFL inquisition about balls?
Is this what we have to look forward to for the next two weeks until the Patriots kick Seattle's *** too- FA-king balls?

And THIS does not tarnish the Shield??? Shame on Mr. Goodell if this does not get investigated to the fullest...

The refs put the ball in play but they are handed the ball by the ball boy on the sidelines. When I was a kid sometimes I WAS the ball boy on the sidelines at the college where my dad worked. Somebody ask Todd Haley. He used to be the ball boy for the Steelers.

"Clear pattern of behavior"...or something like that..right Rog?

Ball boys have all the fun. Todd H was a ball boy as his dad(?) i think worked for the steelers while todd was growing up. I always thought that would be a fun JOB, but now I see it would be a nerve wracking job if bilicheat was around. Can you imagine the exploitation of ball boys, by bill bilicheat.

Bilicheat : Hey kid, come on over here, I got something for yaz......

Ball Boy : who me...... (starts to head over)
bilicheat: STOP!!, bring the dam ball with you
Ball Boy,: not sure I can DO that
bilicheat: Awe come on, I've got naked pictures..................... of my friends wife
Ball Boy: (edges towards him, thinks ab out it) STRAINGER DANGER!!!!! STRANGER DANGER!!!!! (pointiong at bilicheat)

What a class IE man / team / organization this team is. The NFL has not much more going for it as they allow this ******** to do it!!!

Salute the nation

I don't understand the whole investigation deal. in all seriousness how long would a investigation for this take? I am sure the nfl knows right now what happened or didn't happen.

The NFL has to investigate this so they can inflate the balls properly before they destroy them to protect the shield.

They will just play dumb and that will be the end of the investigation. I am sure that will be a little hard to prove that it was purposeful.

Good luck trying to prove this one. Just like the investigation of Ray Rice by Rooney. "Nothing to see here, we make a ton of cash. What evidence?"

Those balls are being inflated to proper pressure PSI as we speak..they will then be admitted as official evidence then measured and presented as properly inflated or within league specifications and it will all be dismissed.

one way to maybe determine if the Pats may have known is to look at the YPA for both Brady and Luck in that game, as well as the previous games.
just a quick look over the stats for Sunday's game shows Brady threw a **** ton of short passes. wonder why, other than the rain, of course.

Or see if Brady's number of passes and completion percentage got better in the second half after the downpour started.

if only there were someone who loved dabbling in numbers, who has no - ZERO - life of his own.. say an arktuary, who could do something as tedious.

If you had paid attention to my teachings instead of ogling my crotch area, you would know that comparing two halves of one game wouldn't be enough of a sample size to form a credible conclusion.
