this is not real clear....but it "could" have been helmet to helmet...very very close if not....

Austin has been playing better and better. He got the snot knocked out of him on 2 plays in this game that knocked him out for good. Hopefully, he can come beck soon.

When you have to slow it down frame to frame... them not calling it a penalty is ok. I had zero issue with the none call. Defender lowered down with a solid tackle. Austin started turning his head around. Was there helmet to helmet contact? Maybe. Possibly.

in the game thread I was sure it wasn't

so yeah, I have no issue with the non-call

hope he bounces back from this

His helmet grazed Austin's facemask, but he was going for a form tackle. I'm with mad, it was incidental on an attempt at a good tackle.

he went low enough and led with his shoulder...would have been tough to call live

you were wrong in the game thread about the helmet to helmet i told you,,,,

now youre trying to debate with me that the defender adjusted everything at the last second to take a shot at his head..

Bring up something Houston cougar related , you could win that argument.

There was some hits in this game that took me back to a time where Defense was really fun to watch.

I said I may have been wrong

it is not clear that this was helmet to helmet

I only admitted that it might have been

you haven't won ****

the plays are no where near alike

watch the play, the texan defender isn't flying at lawrence until he is well into his slide. you don't lead with an elbow to make a tackle, you lead with it to hit someone going down already

guys already breaking down for the tackle.. QB slides. He cant stop puts arm up to defend himself and or his head.

Maybe i am.. See,,,, Im not really.. But I am in the respect of the offender.. I just read he did the same thing to 2 other QB's. I defend the late slide hit. Lawrence ate up the cushion of the defender.. But This guy is apparently indefensable
