Deflate-gate......God I hate the Pats!!!!

Kraft is a model owner I mean right after Bill was caught cheating he gave him a raise.

I hold anything he has to say in the highest regard.

I can't help but suspect that Brady's and Kraft's most recent comments are a concerted effort by the Patriots to shift public sentiment along with media attention.

Who, what, me??? How dare you!?!? Everyone should be ashamed of themselves!

I'd say that I can't believe Kraft had the audacity to do that presser begging for apologies....but he's proven himself an *******. So this doesn't shock. me.

Kraft: "Hi, uh... what's your name again, son?"

Ball guy: "Bob, sir."

Kraft: "Bob, how'd you like to make a quick $100,000, completely under the table?"

Bob: "Really?"

Kraft: "All you gotta do is take the fall for this DeflateGate thing..."

Bob: "make it $1,000,000 and you've got a deal"

Begging? You mean demanding.

Had he been drinking, I wonder? His speech sounded mildly slurred and did he say "impologize"?

I watched that presser too, He came off as a demanding CHEATING LIAR, but what would one expect? He has pissed in the face of the league / owners before, why would he stop now? Should he be afraid of the punishment? What punishment/fine/penalty? Nothing before and believe me the spygate was MUCH BIGGER than this. slap/slap, give me head mr. godel.............. and "rog" abliges. This cheatriot organizeation is and has been cheating for a L-O-N-G time, how could one NOT dispise the ashats........

Salute the nation

this reminds me of ...

So, basically, he admitted having full knowledge of spygate since Behlicheat and Brady have never lied to him right?

So, basically, the three central figures of Deflate-gate have brought forth scientific explanations that are dead wrong, have had their feelings hurt, and demand an apology?

So, basically, I should go back to Dick's and demand my money back for the soccer balls my oldest daughter has purchased from them because, during her ODP soccer practices in freezing temps outdoors, they have not needed to be inflated one time in the past two months?

I honestly hope that the NFL throws the book at these lying, cheating lowlifes. They cheat, get caught, and then they act like they have been perfect angels and are being unfairly persecuted as part of some sort of conspiracy by the NFL and the media... Heck, an Obama supporter would have a hard time believing them.

I watched 2 games this year.

2.

The NFL has as good as lost me already.

Look....this all boils down to "what can be proven". The Patriots have in their favor, lack of evidence. Kraft knows this. Its not what you KNOW, its what you can PROVE. The Cheatriots have turned over video to the league in this investigation...its how they know about the locker room attendant. But dont think for a moment that the team hasnt combed over those videos (all of the cameras that might display some sort of tampering).

The kid took balls from the officials holding area after they were released. Went to another area (bathroom with no surveillance) and was out of sight for around 90 seconds. 90 seconds i more than ample time to deflate 11 footballs by 2 psi (by my count 5-6 seconds per ball). If theres no video evidence of this, the Cheatriots contend "you cant pin this on us if you have no physical of visual evidence".

The league should state that their officials checked pressures, signed off on them, turned them over to the team and low and behold 90% of the Pats balls somehow return under league inflation specs. "Thats your footballs, handled by YOUR personnel. We deduce thru logic that someone in YOUR organization removed air that would serve one or a few athletes in YOUR organization."

There you go applying logic and common sense again. We will also see the big only 2lbs argument again. I think it would be interesting if the balls given to the patriots were filled with concrete and weighed in at about 35 lbs. Would love to see marsha get handed one of those.

but the comish has set a precedence when he punished the Saints " ignorance is no excuse" so it is going to be interesting to see what he does now ...

Oh and there was a report today that said one of the *Pats players said he would tell his team mates to break Sherman's arm .. gee wonder if that will raise any flags. They keep digging the hole deeper

I'd bet that Belicheat will be allowed to be ignorant.

Isn't it kinda odd that it took the NFL an entire week to figure out that the Patriots employee who took possession of the balls after inspection was a strong person of interest?

Really? A week!

I guess they want to appear like they are actively investigating this while doing their damnedest to drag their feet?

There is no question they want to wait til after Sunday to give us what they found.

yeah that is old news but after reading the article I don't think it is impossible for the guy to walk into the bathroom and get ANOTHER bag of balls that were marked from a PREVIOUS game that have already been deflated .. that would only take 90 seconds ..

maybe the 12 extra balls that were suppose to be used in the Ravens game, that is if there is a mark on them to indicate that they were checked ===

Oh and why one was not deflated was so they had one to hand to the officials if they asked to SPOT check the PSI for the balls during the game -- they had NO idea that they were going to check them all

The Switcheroo.....there you have it.

All the bullshit goes away with the simple switcheroo.....awesome.

An interesting quote from Goodell in 2008 regarding burden of proof and cheating:

“Too often competitive violations have gone unpunished because conclusive proof of the violation was lacking,” Goodell wrote. “I believe we should reconsider the standard of proof to be applied in such cases, and make it easier for a competitive violation to be established.”

This, to me, suggest there's no way the Patriots don't get punished. We'll see...

so the Pats have cameras inside their restrooms?
wtf kinda ****** up **** are they doing up there?

(from the link above)
the video shows the employee in the bathroom for approximately 90 seconds.

Hopefully it was a camera at the outside of the bathroom that showed him going in and coming out 90 seconds later. HOPEFULLY.

This, to me, suggests something Goodell rues saying and something on which he has a team of highly paid attorney's (at Kraft's expense) currently working 'round the clock to parse into a completely different meaning.
