Turnovers were the difference on offense.

The defense's inability to stop the run was the difference on defense.

Being real, it'll be a long shot to win the division now. Also, it'll probably lead to a trip to Houston which is probably the best possible matchup for the Steelers in the playoffs unless somehow they could play Denver at home if we win the AFCN.

I would feel better about the texans knocking off the ravens Christmas Day if Dell was knocked out today

Steelers are a decent team. Not terrible by any means, but not great. The defense now cannot make a stop, the offense sputters way too much, the preparation seems inadequate, and the secondary is now a train wreck.

10-7 and a Wildcard looks pretty likely.

Yep.... honestly, it ******* sucks we are on at 1 on Christmas and the Rats are on at 4:30... if tge rats lost before we played, we coukd rest everyone and just worry about beating cinci

The offense sputters because of the failure to bring in a legit #2 at wide receiver. I have not been bashing Tomlin and Co. this year, but that b.s. he spouted of him believing in the guys in the WR room not named Pickens is just that....B.S.

Why the FIZUCK can the Defense not tackle anymore? We used to be a fundamentally solid team in those parts of the game, now not so much. I blame Ark AND Dumilin for that.

And Coolie. Legit sorry for Dell. I'd imagine that was a career ender. Very talented, very tough. Not much luck.
I truly hope you are wrong about that but that knee looked bad and his quickness is key to his success

just terrible ******* luck having his teammate dive as he was falling and crushing his knee that way

To be fair it's a run oriented offense with multiple tightends predicated on the one being a matchup nightmare if you go one on one. He's out from practice. They are a year off and I'd rather have a first round the Auiyuk anyhow.

You forgot the first round exit.

Again

Well that showed me a lot. Two weeks in a row the defense got shredded. It's not even close to championship caliber. It needs a new DC and for Tomlin to leave it alone.

For as much as I like Russ, he killed any chance to win today with the pick 6.

The building is on fire, they can put it out by winning the last two.

The fumble was damn sure costly, you have to secure it if you're going to run like that. Great hit on him though.

Just think if we had beaten the Clowns and Cowgirls these tough late season road games wouldn't matter. The division would be clinched and in good position for a first round bye.

So the most penalized team in the league had just 2 penalties called on it for 10 yards...

Odd how that changed in a game that could have made tge final two games meaningless on hard knocks...

The GREED MACHINE never misses an opportunity for $$$money$$$

Salute the nation

I called that result with four games left.

Out of the playoffs in the first round.
