The Big Ten probably goofed giving them an in to one of the two premier conferences..

People don’t realize that Oregon has the biggest booster money in the country… this is almost solely because of Phil Knight… who is a huge ducks fan and who has enough billions to bury college athletes in money. When NIL started, the highbrows speculated he would basically try to buy a championship… but the Ducks isolated national image held his efforts back a bit..

Expect him to target all the big program recruits… the Dude is 85 and has no ***** to give plus has more sports contacts than all the rest of tge schools combined and most importantly… instead of doing sponsorships for some used car dealership, this guy can get them in at Nike…

This flip is probably the first shot in a horrible NIL price war.. again he is 85 and has 50 billion dollars burning a hole in his pocket

Its great to see that coporate interests can elevate the interests of a school from the upper left to compete with the bigger SEC school football factories and maybe even the idealogue Ivy League hate hatchers.

We'll see how they like playing in the east in November.

That will also be a question for SEC team that may now have to play up north in December playoff games.

at the end of the day, the ducks will be the ducks. close, but no cigar.
